Let's say in the distant future humans and aliens are going to school together, at least at a college level. If some of these aliens didn't have gender as we understand it, what questions might they have fore a gender studies course and how would we answer them?

Sexual reproduction would be no more confusing for them than asexual reproduction is for us. They both have advantages and disadvantages.

I would rather we don't give the aliens a "gender studies" class, because it will quickly result in us being conquered after the aliens realize how neurotic we are. Since they invented interstellar travel, they presumably don't have gender studies or billions of niggers, so they won't understand why we keep doing things that prevent us from progressing.
