Even Daily Mail readers will occasionally pull back from the brink, for example, by sometimes questioning the Daily "down with porn!" Mail's habit of printing topless zoom lens photos and making creepy sexual comments about minors.

I wouldn't consider Gawker Media to be a lolcow, but I would suggest their staff and their readers as ideal candidates for a manned trip to Mercury.

Going to be late as fuck and add on the fact that the creator of "God of war" figuratively shat all over them for calling him sexist for sexualizing Aphrodite. And they later whined, wondering why he hated them just for calling him a sexist pig.
Don't these guys also think they are super funny "trolls" aka Weens? I think I remember they pretty much harassed people they didn't like (walked up to them at cons and calling them names) and deemed it as trolling? I can't remember if these are the same people, but these sites and their antics are all the same that they start to run together. So I may be completely mistaken in if this is the same people or not

Calling someone sexist for sexualizing a Greek god that is of pleasure and love? They really must be daft if they don't know some basic bit about Greek gods. As for that convention, they really would come off as weens, especially if the reaction of others was "what the hell just happened".
