Being on Kiwifarms, one of the most entertaining things to see is when a lolcow has a meltdown. It's pretty rare, in all honesty. Most have the autistic ability to maintain their stupid, self-destructive behavior no matter what hits them.

But this is on an entirely different level. This is millions of dollars which are being sued from the likes of Jezebel and Kotaku. Communities rife with lolcow behavior. And due to Hulk Hogan, of all people. What a fucking wet dream.

I think my favorite part about this video (beyond the fact that someone is definitely going to get his computer possessed by the FBI at some point in the future) is how on-point Hogan's lawyer is. Every time this asshole tried to squirm out of a question the lawyer - without missing a beat - picks the exact line out of hundreds of pages of testimony that contradicts the current testimony. And it's beautiful.

There's something satisfying about the part where he's being questioned about whether or not he knew he was being recorded when he made that comment about kiddy porn sex tapes.

In this case, Gawker pushed footage they knew had been taken under unlawful circumstances before they got ahold of it and doubled down on it even when a court ordered them to take it down, so I doubt an appeal will strike that down as valid.

Again, this entire thing could have been avoided if they had just taken down the fucking video. They actually wrote an article called "A Judge Told Us to Take Down our Hulk Hogan Sex Tape Post. We Won't." They were fucking bragging about it. I'm having trouble feeling sorry for Nick Denton when he could have axed this thing before it even started.

Its really not a good idea to attack the judge for being a lawyer for the parents in the Terry Scaivo case. I mean yeah that entire incident was bullshit but dont go after someone whos deciding your fate. Also the entire latter half of that article is basically "I know better than you do about he law, judge"
