Necroing this thread because there is still one flash game that eludes my memory and I want to know what the fuck it was before I go nuts.
I hope that's enough to clue someone in.
It was a rail shooter kinda deal, with your character advancing through underground tunnels and fighting off monstrous rats, bats and humanoid monsters. There were multiple weapons (such as a shotgun, an assault rifle, I think there was a sniper rifle too) to be unlocked and you could switch them at any time through the level, but they had limited ammo, so if you ran out, you were fucked.
There were in total 12 levels, with every third one being an arena stage where you're in a large circular room full of tunnels and enemies just come pouring out of them. Every 3 levels had a different "theme" to them, with each "theme" changing the look of the monsters and the level itself. You earned currency by killing monsters and could use it to buy weapons and upgrades (more ammo, more health, some kind of magic shield, etc.). Also, your player character was referred to as "the Dreamer".
