It's always been a scam call center. It's not about "paying bills with Charity money" - it's about TLL grafting 95% of all money they take in.

This is the new administration - after the old administration stole $350,000 on top of their salaries for a number of years. They are now a "normal" charity again, with paying close to several million (and like 60% of their earnings) on executive/boardmembers and not delivering a competent product at all.

TLL explicitly does not have any accredited training or counseling for volunteers - so even if by some stroke of luck you get a live person (you won't), you are literally just speaking to a random person off of the street. The only thing they won't do is actually call emergency services, even if they really believe you are actually going to KYS - because police are racist.

They have a substantial body count and only exist to steal money.

Man, his books suck. Ever since I read Mogworld I've never listened to him when it comes to critiquing "good writing", because he fucking sucks at it.

And I don't get his appeal anymore. Waiting a whole week for 5 minutes of him spergin about, barely going in depth into anything and being mildly funny. What a waste!

To be fair, I side with the retard on this one. It's not hard at all to get access you just need a friend with access already to invite you. And Im pretty sure by NDA they mean a click accept screen on game launch. When your giving your game to pretty much any retard that wants it you cant expect it not to be reviewed.

Also, it sucks ass btw.

Valve clearly doesn't care about the game being seeing and talked about in "gamer" communities, otherwise they would have done a much more strict closed beta. This soft NDA is there to stop this early version from being shown around to retarded normalfags so they don't get a bad first impression of the game.
I don't think there is any problem in reporting about this game, just do what others have done and use the leaked videos and information other players have leaked. /v/ has a thread about this game up every single day, and it's filled with "leaks". It's not hard to get all the same information without actually breaking terms of use.
Getting access and intentionally breaking terms of use just so you can be an edgy jounoscum just makes you seem like a complete dick.

Considering they went back and edited the article so it prefaces it with screenshots and various ways to try and defend themselves, it's less edgy and more salty.

They really thought they had a scoop of some sort.
