I came across this video today. It's a review of Movie Bob's book about Super Mario Bros 3… which is apparently just drowning in Chipman's political opinions, including several droppings of the G-word. The reviewer, a woman of… color?, didn't seem to appreciate Bob's white knighting all that much. It's a long video - YouTube book reviewers like to make really long videos for whatever reason - but I recommend giving it a listen if you need some background noise. Her voice is good for it.
A bit that got to me is highlighted at 24:16, where Blob bemoans "the shameful co-opting of so-called 'nerd culture' spaces by the American right-wing." Yeah, Bob, that's what GamerGate was. Keep telling yourself that.
Oh well. At least he capitalizes it correctly.

It really is, that fat fuck jim sterling went on a recent tirade about it. Even if I was ideologically on their wave length I wouldnt give a shit beyong month 1 since it's morally less horrible than the average robbery or a rough night out were some creeper spikes your drink and you have to get your stomach pumped......which happens every day somewhere.
