However, from what I understand that would be like equating /pol/ to /tg/. Sure, they're on the same site with some crossover but they're not the same and have different interests.


What do the hanger-ons hope to achieve? I can get why some far left journalists are still mad, but what is there to gain from the proGG angle? Are they just attention whores or what?

Naw, that's just Amanda Hugandkiss Marcotte being Amanda Marcotte. Didn't succeed, but came closer than most have.

About 43 seconds into the interview, she blames Gamergate for the existence of Incels, and indeed, the van of peace attack done up in Toronto. Even fucktards who know nothing about the Autism Holy War know that Incels have been around long before GG was ever a thing.

But that's to be expected when someone's raging about shit not even in their country, I suppose.

Is she lolcow worthy by any chance, with Twitter rants and all? This is lolcow level of conflation, like Secret Gamer Girl claiming TERFs are actually Altright using feminism for own goals (of being evil, I guess?).

Absolutely. Unlike most of Quinn's clique (and she is an IRL friend of Quinn's), she's an actual game dev, so she pays less attention, but good god, is she capable of some amazing Autism, none better than this:
