I mostly agree with the pro-GG side because they hate pedos and censorship, but some can be massively embarrassing assholes like the antis, so totally understand how you feel on that.

On that note, while censorship is retarded just to please a bunch of moral guardian SJW types who want to culture police because they are triggered, some of the pro-GG tards not only oppose censorship out of reasonable things that "freedom of artistic expression", some of them are butthurt because this will make getting uncensored tits and ass games harder, and from some of their whining you can tell they play those games with one hand anyway.

Yeah, I think censoring a butt slap on Street Fighter V to please SJWs is ridiculous, but let's face it, a lot of the idiots bitching about it being censored were planning to remove R.Mika's outfit with Umod so they could see her naked anyway, and in an era where finding porn is just a Google search away, those sad, lonely perverts deserve all the mockery they can get.

Also, they plan to use this hashtag by... showing their gaming profiles :story: to prove that they're gamers even though in reality gaming has gone more widespread so trying to prove it is pretty much like trying to prove you have a computer at home, which is a waste of time and they plan to use it as a retarded dick-comparing gaming profile contest.

On the bright side, there's another thread about it and thankfully some of them prefer to just ignore it.

Yeah this is more or less my position.

I can't say that I really care about video games, and a ton of self-described pro-GG people are cringeworthy and embarrassing, definitely not the type of people I associate with IRL, but when you consider what they want against who they are, they definitely come out as winners against the anti-GG people.

Most of all, I'm thankful that the whole GG debacle brought cows like Brianna Wu to public attention.
 
No single event, no, that's for sure. Not just in terms of quantity, but its also the gift that keeps on giving too.
