Couple of weeks back I was on reddit discussing vampire the masquarade tabletop and the fact you can't play Sabbat in v5. Anyway some idiot suggests it's a good thing because setting up Sabbat as a player option might create a new gamergate because......reasons. I have no idea how you get there much less how to begin shitting on them which is both anti gg and pro gg at this stage.

But they're the anarchist "good guy" vamps. Back when I used to play everyone wanted to be them and thought the Camarilla were fascists. Do you think they made the switch because leftists see anti-establishment idealists as targeting their own establishment now?

Oh no the anarchs are the 'good guy' faction now because they're like, antifa and like, blm in that they smash the fash wereas the Sabbat are like Russia in that they're like totally problematic even though they're not fash like carmarilla. If you want to play Sabbat you're like problematic because fictional violence is as bad as irl.

Missing the thousands upon thousands of "Gamers are dead" and "Gamers don't have to be your audience" articles which initially set off gamergate in the first place. A lot of people want to point to the Zoe Quinn thing, but honestly, I think it was those kinds of articles that really set fire to a lot of this.
 
Does anyone know why the ebook "Understanding #Gamergate: Zoe Quinn, Anita Sarkeesian and the Social Justice Warriors" by Scott Cameron was pulled from Amazon? Davis MJ Aurini calls him a friend. Supposedly Cameron is a middle-aged dude from Arlington, WA, and wrote for the blog Affirmative Right from his parents' home.

It was a 43 page pamphlet published in 2015. Who cares? Probably the author got embarrassed and took it down himself, so it wouldn't show with him as the author.

Well, it's pretty embarrassing to be a middle-aged dude fixated on Gamergate and SJWs while your peers in Snohomish County are establishing successful careers and raising families. It's known that the author attended Pacific Lutheran University. Most likely the author is a men's rights activist if his friendship with Aurini is any indication. These people cycle in and out of movements like currents and join whatever else is on their radar.
