He is a British journalist who was formerly mainly known for being a gay man who wasn't on board with the pro gay marriage crowd and writes for Breitbart now. They need credibility from him in the same way GG does, and more than he needs them.

I wouldn't put him at the pinnacle of journalistic ethics by any means, but he has a nice knack for invective.

You may have heard the expression "punchable face".

Actually thinking about it, is he even a real journalist? Since he failed, or dropped out of college twice and all. From the English program no less. I'm not really sure how you can fail at one of the easiest degrees to get twice, that could technically count as an achievement.

It's pretty funny watching all these manchildren implode. Like the constant infighting in the various MRA circles, it's extra funny because you know these are the type of guys that wouldn't hesitate to call women catty and bitchy.
 
I went to the GG event in DC, because I knew it would be like a sperg orgy. It was pretty hilarious. You know those nerds who are obviously trying to emulate some fictional character with their look. Lots of those. Lots of bizzare hats that were suppose to look fancy, but only looked out of place. Lots of people who couldn't enjoy themselves even with a beer in their hand cuz they're just so angry over GG. Then Based mom came in and she almost got trampled to death. Then hordes of gamergate dudes collapsed around her and she was cornered for almost 2 hours. Shit was funny. Then I think someone called a bomb threat on the event and we all had to leave.

They have. Only problem is, it's "ethics in the game journalism", which is a) a problem that everyone and their dog was well aware wayyyyyy before this shitty hashtag campaign and b) all people who actually give shit about ethics in game journalism recognised long ago that this campaign is stupid. So it's going to be solved. Just not by Gamergate.
