Graham Linehan came up with the term "woke Gamergate" to refer to the 'progressive' types that gleefully engage in harassment. The unemployed loser troons chimped, because how dare their harassment be compared to le goober grape. This dipshit claims Chloe Sagal committed suicide over Gamergate's "endless harassment" - Sagal's suicide manifesto was about mental illness and homelessness and the suicide came immediately after being kicked out of the house she was staying at, which itself followed Sagal's release from a 48-hour psych hold, which was caused by Sagal wielding a machete and threatening suicide. It's obvious that Graham was mentioning "woke Gamergate" in response to things, of course the chimping man who made the initial tweets cropped out all the context, one of which shows the troons have been actively trying to destroy his career by contacting his agent.
The first usage was regarding a news story where a man claimed he 'identified' as a woman and was put in a women's prison, where he ended up sexually assaulting multiple women. Someone showed up and began sperging out in the replies to Graham that it didn't matter that "around 90% of sexual assaults are committed by males."
Troons or some kind of other deranged person, likely male, staged a false flag attack on a women's rights organization by making a fake Facebook account and pretending they were involved with the org. and was assaulting people, resulting in links to their site being blacklisted. They have also been receiving attacks from troons on other social media. Someone responsed to Graham's tweet on the above with a story about a presumed pro-lifer handing out signs that resembled the British Union of Fascists logo when there was a pro-choice march going on in Ireland, to which Graham dubbed them the "woke gamergate."
The last one is the Mermaids trans organization's marketing officer calling on Twitter troons to try to destroy Graham's career and contact his agent for having wrongthink on twitter dot com. Someone said that the behavior felt like a 4chan-style attack, and Graham again dubbed the harassers as woke Gamergate.

Looks like Graham is finally learning the Number One rule for associating with the SocJus crowd: You will never be "woke" enough for them and when your usefulness to them has run out, they will turn on you without hesitation.

Seeing as how Lineham actually made something that is a jab at the "progressive" types, one may as well harvest any other salt from the hanger-ons since they will never let go or even ignore a dead hashtag. That said, seeing how CaseyExplosion appears in some of these tweets makes one wonder if that sloth even has a thread yet. IIRC, @neural mentioned the sloth a few times, one of said mentions was some sort of Twitter overlap with other lolcows or just sperging on Twitter about Kiwi Farms.
If this crowd goes to trying to push Lineham as some pro-GooberGraper, one may as well laugh since Lineham can still double down on GG being evil harassment while also maintaining the idea of "woke GamerGate".

It is really hard to feel sad for him after calling women who supported GG bitches and braindead. But it's always okay when our side does it, right? Video game fans are already their own watchdog group. If deceptive, aggressive or idiotic business practises are used, you'll find a lot of sperging about it. Who do you think got EA voted as America's worst company multiple times? The real concern should be for casuals spending thousands on FIFA Ultimate Team or some shitty mobile game. Those people have never heard about Gamergate.

From my recollection... no. If I'm remembering correctly most of them went to bat for developers while trying to get publishers to back the fuck off with the political commentary. They often saw that publishers hired a lot of the idiots that GG had an issue with, with a lot of producers pushing for political statements which often impacted game development. That was the culture war side of GG; the other side were too busy e-mailing sponsors about journalists to care.
Again, though, I blocked out a lot of that autism war from my memory. You're better off asking @Jaimas .

I think fatty is just trying to use instances where twitter/tumblr/gaf faggots got offended over some stupid bullshit and wanted it changed/removed and journos picked up and ran with it which resulted in blowback and autistic collages from the gophers (your FE Fates, DOA Tittyball, etc) to support her shitty argument.
