Or, alternately, Todd, I can donate to neither of them, keep doing what I'm doing, and not give a fuck about their supporters, since they're not going to listen to anything we have to say or do. I could literally be involved with curing the Ebola epidemic tomorrow, and because I support Gamergate, get a barrage of shitposts about how me dying of said disease would be no big loss.

I mean fuck, I posted last night on what is otherwise a pretty left-leaning blog about how the Anita Death Threats weren't bullshit, and that still got a storm of ignorant fuckers who told me I knew nothing and wasn't allowed to speak because rawr Gamergate evil rawr.

Also, I read some of that ShadowTodd guy's tweets: apparently he is still insisting that an admittedly insincere ("Doesn't matter if you like them or not. It's just a cover-your-ass move. Basic PR. Just to think this would have all ended probably ended 2 months ago if they just would have admitted what they did and made new ethical codes but nope, I just goes to show you how stupid these fuckers are.

But of course they didn't and I'm more than positive this is going to continue on for a long time. The Gamergate side is showing they aren't about to back down and the sheer amount of hate they're getting is reinforcing their drive to crush the opposition. Meanwhile, the anti side refuses to be wrong and continues to try to create an oppressed narrative to the uneducated masses that frankly don't want to research the ordeal themselves or refuse to break their own perspective of the possibility they are wrong. My girlfriend gets shit on a lot over the fact she is pro-gg and a feminist; her main complaints is that Anti, Zoey, ect ect aren't feminists--she's not wrong, they're about as feminist as Kim Jong Un is slim--and they're adding to the already toxic image of feminist in today's society. Me personally, I can't say I didn't think all this was going on already. Game "journalism" has been a joke for a long time, and to not regurgitate what has been said here a million times, meh--they had this coming.

I don't know if it's been discussed, but Biddle just got a fuck of a lot of NY state educators and transportation workers on Gamergate's side. In NY, bullying is a huge deal - a rash of suicides we had resulted in the passage of the Dignity for All Students Act, or DASA. Educators and all school-employed individuals are mandated to have two 3-hour refresher courses a year on why this law even had to happen (100+ years of the "boys will be boys" defense followed by a rash of deaths), and are legally held responsible if they do not report and/or investigate bullying when it occurs, rigidly defining it in law. It's a law that wouldn't have happened if the problem hadn't reached epidemic proportions - and let's just say that however we joke about it, no school-employed staffer is going to mince words about how much they despise bullying and those who advocate it. Especially in the special-needs community.

Congratulations, Biddle. You just got Gamergate a hell of a lot more support - teachers, parents, social workers, and transportation staffers, just to name a few.

Hope the clickbaiting was worth it~ :)
