No one ITT even mentioned 428 Shibuya Scramble and I am disappoint.

Like, you have a whole ensemble cast of playable characters, it's an actual thriller, to the point telling you anything other than the fact it starts as a kidnapping plot is as far as you can go without stumbling on spoilers.

It was only recently released Stateside, but if you absolutely must play an FMV, at least get your money's worth with an actual story, with actual stakes.
 
Visitor and Visitor 2 are pretty good too. Imagine a Chinese knockoff of Contradiction, they're campy murder mysteries where everyone chews the scenery, and the developer is a good sport - in the first one, he casts himself as a creepy saddo in a greasy wig who's the victim's landlord, and in the second one he gets the wig out again and plays a creepy saddo, but this time the character's a mystery game developer!
There's a great bit in the first one where you have to interrogate the landlord and he says "I had no motive to kill the victim", and you have to show some evidence of the victim's neighbour saying "Yeah, he's called Mr. Miáo, but we call him Mr. Miǎo (one second) because the victim said he only lasts one second in bed lol". The detective says, "So, Mr. Miǎo..." and he flips out and rages at her. It takes a good sport to cast himself as someone like that!

You see there are two types of women.
You have the angelic Liberal, a pure of heart being dedicated to stopping prejudice.
Then you have the demon, the republican. She probably likes men, the nerve..

The evil republican probably designed this game to put down and shame women online. At worst, she probably wants men to sexualize women, promoting incel culture. Who cares if these women are basically feeding into unstable lonely guys, it is women like the creator of this game that get them harassed.
