I think we can come to a concensus that 14BC will go into foreclosure, but will someone (sane and not a ween) buy it? I haven’t seen anyone mention this, but I think this house would be considered a “stigmatized property.” I have a little knowledge of residential real estate and basically what this is, is a property where someone has died, crimes have occurred there, a celebrity/notorious person lived there, or it has been foreclosed (basically all of those have happened at 14BC). Each state has different laws detailing what a realtor has to disclose. In my state I know you don’t have to advertise the bad shit that happens but if a potential buyer asks you can’t lie or be evasive. If some house flipper decides to buy it with the hopes of getting it livable and selling they are going to have weens snooping around every day trying to photograph and do stupid shit, so if the realtor doesn’t disclose about Chris Chan and his history beforehand and someone buys it the realtor could be in a lot of trouble.
I honestly think it should be bulldozed like John Wayne Gacy’s house or the apartment building Dahmer lived in.

I would genuinely be ashamed if some ween splurged out some house previously occupied by some autist who raped his mom.

Hey, someone could just be creative. Make a fake hazmat cleanup company van, have a phone number on the side that if called goes to a VOIP voicemail box, or even answer the VOIP via a VPN. Go in broad daylight with full Tyvek body suits and gas masks. Carry lots of disinfectant and cleaning tools to look legitimate. Just start hauling stuff away.

Might be hard to explain breaking into the place in broad daylight. Have no idea but i'd bet in cases where a locked hoarder house has no key some court order authorizes using a locksmith or something.

Before anyone goes too crazy with rampant speculation, we don't know exactly what the Mortgages or notes on the property are. There is some talk there might be one of those horrible reverse Mortgages in play. Which do actually take this sort of thing into consideration. If that's the case the remainder owed Barb goes to the long term care provider for her care and the Bank takes ownership. She does also have other living relatives who may step up to at least sort out the property matters of this mess. While Cole will almost certainly not in any way move to aid Chris. He may step up to deal with the property issues. People normally do. Even when estranged.

I imagine Chris' house does not have the best locks and could be raked open in like a second, if it's not already unlocked.

(Clarification here: NOT telling anyone to do any of this, and I'm definitely not going to, or even go within 100km of the house ever in my life -- these are speculative thoughts merely for amusement)

Sure you're not.

You'd have to replace the carpets, drapes and everything else that absorbs odors, but 14BC could still be made livable. A house in which a 79 y/o woman was raped by her spacker son is gonna be a hard sell tho.

It's not a bad house. The white teash dregs of society have living in it for 50 years. If you deep cleaned it and replaced carpets and walls with dicks drawn on them, it could be a nice house.

The hard sell is that a mentally ill rapist WILL show up at your house in 3 to 5 years demanding that he be allowed to live there without paying.

I think some bitcoin million will probably buy it and turn it into a museum of christory.

This may actually happen. Chris has lived and grown up in 14 BLC for a long time. There was only one time in which he has ever lived anywhere else. Considering also that's where his attachment to his hoard was, Chris would try to get the new owners to make room for him since he's a psychic goddess/famous.

Turn the house into a museum of Christory and then when Chris shows up to live there tell him he's not invited to a museum about himself. That's perhaps the ultimate trolling.

If I were a bitcoin millionaire and did that I'd let Chris live in an exhibit of his room provided he sign over the rights of Sonichu and his lifestory to the museum and got a hair cut and dressed exclusively in his classic era outfits. Of course the part museum goers walk by would have zoo plexiglass to prevent Chris-Chan from sexually assaulting the female members of the tour group, but they'd be able to ask him questions through it.

It would be a money sink but it would probably put Ruckersville on the map and might raise the property values of the area. Might create a few jobs for people too.

he has lived elsewhere twice. Once after the fire at 14BC and before that they lived in Stanardsville, Virginia. where chris attended Nathanael Greene Elementary School.

Y’all are lame. Weens should just go ahead and plunder the hoard, no ones gonna stop them.

Assuming worse case but salvageable, cost of cleaning and repair is about 40% that of demo (which there are laws and codes that need to be followed to do, which means it isn't exactly free, not to mention permits to acquire) and rebuild.

It'll be flipped without a rebuild and weens will get scared off quickly enough.
