Honestly, even going as far back as 2009 with videos like "I WANT EVERYTHING ABOUT MY HOUSE OFF THE INTERNET!", Bob sounded senile or like his mental capacity was waning - I'm getting the impression that some time after Chris began to enter adulthood, that Bob's mental capacity started to decrease, to the point that any proactive involvement he had in Chris' life or his future more or less disappeared.

It did kind of surprise me, because at least in Chris' younger years, Bob seemed like a somewhat-active and involved father and something must have changed that.
God, if only he had stayed single, or managed to keep his previous marriage intact.
I think that because he had raised three successful kids, he assumed that another wouldn't be an issue.
Back in the 80s, the evidence that having kids after 40 put them at an increased risk of various problems ranging from down syndrome to autism to microcephaly was still a bit anecdotal.
Sucks that it's considered insane now for a woman in the US to have kids at 18-20 unless she's filthy rich or in one of the religions that views women as baby factories.

The house is not in the 'middle of nowhere' in any sense of the word. It's only a few miles from Charlottesville.

Not only does Charlottesville have a major ivy league university in UVA, but it has become a MAJOR higher end government job location now that NOVA has filled up. Some people actually live there and commute into NOVA/DC every morning. (I know because I used to do it till the pandemic hit, it's a long but easy drive.)
My guess is it gets put out on the market without even cleaning the house, then some rich Indian or Nigerian immigrant doctor transferring to the UVA hospital pays cash because he *has* to get a house immediately.

Yup, Null himself was considering buying it. This was before the rape, it was in case Barb dies Chris wouldn't be homeless.
For real?!

So if Chris hadn't been an absolute degenerate, Null would have hooked him up so he could stay in his own home!?

I'm sorry but I can't think of anyone who would do that that I know personally.

It would be a risky investment to buy 14 branchland court. It would be kind of like owning a movie house I imagine, where people would want to stop by just to see it. On the other hand, it could be completely useless and no one would want to go near it.

a few hundred k to have a house that weens want to visit or open a museum that no one wants to go to? Hard to say what the future will hold for it. There could be some value in owning it if a movie is ever made but other than that I think it would be a cash drain even as a museum that people would visit. Probably some old man or woman will move in there unknowingly for retirement and then people will show up at their door with either a bag of money or lit bags of dog feces.

1. Buy infamous home in auction.
2. Clean hoard out.
3. Keep Christorical artifacts.
4. Clean up
5. Charge admission from obsessed faggots.
House pays for itself.

It will be a bizzare circus for sure. If repomen or pickers break into the house and loot his toys and video games there might be some vintage collectors goods as well as the provenance of it being "christory". Although selling stolen goods is illgeal I'm sure some spergs might break in if the property is repossessed and/or condemned.

The house itself is a loss and I doubt anyone would want to live on the property after the first buyers get harrassed and doxxed by weens. The land itself might find industrial use in the end.

Does anyone know if Chris still had pets? They're likely dehydrated or dead considering the time of year and length of absence.

The only things of value left in that mausoleum are the autism papers, old artwork and a possible super secret director's ultimate edition of old Chris chan cringe. What else of value could possibly be left? A few of Bob's old records and lego?

Old video games. Jewelry that can be melted down for scrap.

I had been thinking about the house and how about it is only a matter of time before original copies of sonichu and Chris's toys end up online for sale. I will not be surprised to hear that bella was found squatting in the hoard at 14BC. It sounds like a great hiding place for her tbh.

Given that fags like @garbageraider exist, I expect the house to be picked clean in a matter of a few months. Let’s not forget that Chris keeps samples of his own semen in the freezer, and some weens have been discussing the theoretical value of the totem.

Big yes to the autism papers, probably one of the more illegal things to snag since it’s stolen confidential medical records.. but if some fool gets it, I’ll happily read it.

I doubt Chris has any old stuff the manchildren of the 80's covet. Unless people are offering high prices for Gamecube and PS2 games, there's not many older stuff that could be consider classic collectibles. Maybe a handful of commodore games? You could probably measure in the 4 digits for the value of his entire video game collection.

Jewelry? Are the Chandlers sitting on a mountain of gold and silver? As a gnome I need to know these things.

You could probably slap around 7k on to the table for those items and still get ripped off and that's being optimistic. I don't know the vidya market, but I do doubt the existence of a Chandler Treasure Trove in gold and silver.

Yes, his plan was to buy the Branchland house so Chris wouldn't ever be homeless. He'd have to keep drawing commissions and just be responsible (lol) to finance himself but, yes, it's true. In the event that Barb died, Chris wouldn't have to worry about homelessness.
I'm unable to find the exact thread he made the post talking about this though, hope it wasn't deleted, it wasn't really that much ago.

Thing is, again, this was before the rape but it's kinda likely he's still gonna help the guy when he gets out so it's a possiblity that Chris could keep the house in a near future. Barb gets to fade into oblivion and Chris gets rewarded.

Plus they’ve long since pawned all that shit. They’ve gone through at least 4-5 major household financial crises since Bobs death.

I was driving on the freeway and stopped by a gas station and noticed a house auction ad was posted on an ad wall there. I'm guessing the house will be auctioned off/maybe the stuff too; tho now that I think about it, the house will probably be auctioned off in whole. since I'm guessing there aren't too many Christorians in the local government or banks there.

All good but you forgot the lifesize Chris Chan mannequin dressed in his classic shirts before he became a tranny so you can take pictures with it and also yell "JULLAAAAAAYYY" like a retard.

You know the saddest thing is that Bob supposedly left them enough money to live comfortably and they squandered it by being two fucking retarded monkeys. You just know he's up in Whites Only Heaven ashamed that his survivors wasted his money like a nigger on welfare.

I got a better idea: Chris, Isabella Fiona whatever, Gunty and all the rest of them can spend the rest of their life in prison and Null can still buy bc14 to have it leveled.
