I'm surprised nobody brought this up: If Pristine is found guilty, they absolutely will not allow him to see his mother, talk to her on the phone, or visit the funeral when she becomes terminal. Hell, they won't even let him so much as look at a left handed crayon drawing of Barb in hospice or the funeral.

And then what?
Even if he's not found guilty. They're not just going to deliver Barb to him on a silver platter.

I mean is seems like they had their mortgage payments on auto-withdrawal and they get their govt checks automatically deposited into the account. Since there’s no frivolous spending going on I’d assume the bank would keep getting its mortgage payments thanks to the SS checks covering it. Bank can’t foreclose if payments are being made.

I think it is obvious now that, years of simping by the horticulturalist and silver merchant, Joshua Conner Moon, have been nothing more than a game of 10-dimensional chess aimed at ousting Chris from his desirable real estate. Moon clearly harbours plans to return from his Serbian exile, purchase the Chandler residence for a song, and then move in, claiming Chris's soiled toys as his own, while expanding his flock of pigeons, and cultivating the surrounding land into a banana pepper orchard.

Ethan Ralph, who presents as bloviating, morbidly obese fuck-wit, reminiscent of Boss Hogg from The Dukes of Hazzard, has in fact been a Gandalf-like figure, draped in voluminous, loose-fitting robes, stained with Memphis barbecue sauce, bellowing “You shall not pass!” at Moon (a creature of darkness, fire and shadow) like the absolute chad member of the Istari that he undoubtedly is.

In this Tolkien-augmented analogy, Ralph's horse bride is obviously Gandalf's steed, and Lord of all horses - Shadowfax. Admittedly there is no mention of Gandalf having sexual intercourse with Shadowfax anywhere in Tolkien's literature, or in his supplementary papers and letters. However, Tolkien doesn't explicitly state that it didn't happen.

Given the tone of the papers recently presented by the Tolkien society that focus upon, among other things, Transgenderism in Gondor, the possibly that Gandalf was, like Ethan Ralph, a degenerate horse fucker, is something that will perhaps be explored in more detail in Amazon's impending Lord of the Rings-inspired drama.

Foreclosure because who's paying for it? Barb is hospitalized and relied on Tugboat money to begin with. They both have so much debt, i am honestly surprised something drastic like losing the house didn't happen.

Well, depends on who owns it; likely it’s Chris, Barb, or they are co-owners.
I think 14BC will probably remain a derelict in limbo for some time. Chris won’t have much costs or ability to spend money in prison (unless he goes hog wild on commissary); so it could probably be arranged for part or all of the tugboat to pay the mortgage every month.

if Barb, same situation, with the caveat that she may actually have costs of care being in her group home or whatever. Nonetheless her SSI (is Chris’s) could pay the mortgage IF there is enough after cost of care.

it’s still the chandlers house to lose... but knowing Chris I could see him losing it anyway.

Sonichu Headquarters would look something like this.

Best case scenario for the house/hoard is that some bitcoin wealthy internet oldfag buys it and turn it into Christory Museum

Realistically the house is probably to much work for anyone to purchase as a new home. I think the likely fate of the house is to be sold cheap and knocked down and used for its land.

There is always the chance one of you retards buys it to try and preserve it but anyone in position to buy it is likely not dumb enough to waste money on preserving filth

The house itself is outdated 60s/70s design that’s not desirable anymore. Weird layout, even for a split level. Fire damage, certain 100% mold damage(they have garbage bags of moldering clothes in there that are still damp from the housefire.. nasty.), the fact the home itself has an infamous reputation and will be subjected to tards making shitty Chris docs for years to come. It’ll easily sell better as a cleared plot.

That said, lumber and labor is hard to come by right now. That may save 14 blc from demo.

I'd imagine, even after the fix up after the fire, that it'd still be pretty unlivable with the horde and the infame that is now part of the house. They'll probably just demolish it and sell the land or build a house there and sell that.

Chris will lose the tugboat while he is in jail, I believe, so he won't be paying the mortgage and the bank will take it. Unless Barb keeps the house and pays the mortgage, which may happen but who the hell knows.

Either way, when the bank gets the house, I'd imagine they demolish it and just rebuild or sell the land

This is actually a really good point. If Barb had auto withdraw on, it could keep the house from going into foreclosure for some time since she'll get her pension and social security auto deposited. There have been legit abandoned places that still were in good standing with the bank and utilities on decades after the owner died because of this same thing.

A lot will depend if Barb is found competent or not. I know we're all hoping she'll be put in an adult care faculty but it is possible she'll be going back and continuing living there. It's really really hard to declare someone mentally incompetent unless it's really beyond the pale.

We know Barb took out a few mortgages on the place, but did she go for that reverse mortgage she was talking about awhile ago? I remember the Farms thinking (rightly) that it would just be used for the hoard, but enough of it might be left for her to mange for a bit.

Can’t wait to see the Realtor listings ending with “Ignore all Google results”

on a related note: https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/wisconsin/evil-wi/
When Dennis Nilsen's flat was sold (British serial killer who murdered 9+ young men and kept their rotting bodies in the house), there was a note on the advertisement saying "BUYERS ARE KINDLY ASKED TO RESEARCH THE HISTORY OF THIS PROPERTY OR ENQUIRE WITH THE MARKETING AGENT PRIOR TO VIEWINGS"

We’ve been discussing what’ll happen to the house for years. The bank(s)/creditors will go “yoink!”, demolish it and sell the land to developers.

We really need another new thread for this?!

It’s because of the influx of Reddit-faggots, isn’t it?
