Whatever happens to the house, @ToroidalBoat said that changing the phone number and address may be possible to distance the property from its notoriety. The top result for "14 Branchland Court" is the CWCki and any prospective buyer doing a simple search of the address is going find all the notorious stuff. 14BC is very unlikely to be resold in its current form, even if the house gets renovated instead of torn down.
 
It will become a popular tourist attraction, and whoever buys it will likely receive a lot of unwanted visitors.

Also, I'm curious how trashed it is, or if there is any major structural damage (e.x. from the fire) which might result in it just being torn down.
 
I wont be suprised if it gets condemed after an investigation. Its foundation has been sopping up animal and Chris piss for years.
 
I'm not sure what'll happen to 14 Branchland, but I'm reminded of a certain H.H.Holmes, who was a famous serial killer in late 19th century Chicago. He owned a house informally known as Murder Castle where he murdered and hid the bodies of his victims. It was mysteriously burned shortly after he was caught and arrested for his crimes. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if the same fate would somehow befall 14 Branchland, the place got a bad vibe to it now. Either that or just repoed by the bank and demolished most likely.

House gets auctioned as-is and sells to a property group that fixes a few things inside and tries to list it for rent. A few dozen spergs spam them with fake inquiries trying to rent the tard house. Property group realizes this investment mistake and sells to some dipshit that has no idea what they're getting into.
 
Whatever happens, it would be cool if we could get a 3d snapshot file of it before its changed. The kind that show up for house listings sometimes where you can click around Google Street View style and see the entire home inside and out from all angles. Would be great to document that.
 
Was it Chris and Barb I am thinking of where it was said somewhere that the son helped the mother pay off a mortgage on the understanding that the mother would transfer the house to his name on repayment, and then rather than doing this, took out another mortgage? Or am I thinking of some other colorfully fucked-up person living with his mother discussed on this forum?

If it was, he may have an estoppel counterclaim if a claim is made on the house to fund care for her. Whether any lawyer would want to represent him, whether he can afford the lawyer, and whether him subsequently raping her negates it, I'm not sure.
