I wonder if the neighborhood will hold a block party, knowing the Scourge of Greene County won't be coming back?

They'll probably wait until the new people move in, just to be certain.

The new owners of 14BLC will likely be very confused at first about why they're so popular in the neighborhood.

I hope to god that weens don't try reaching out to the new owners. Imagine finding a house well under the typical market price and thinking you struck gold with a nice home for your family, only to get dozens of letters from random people telling you about some weird guy named Chris.

I would worry more about that than damage to the house. That shit can be fixed up to a point. Dealing with reddit children would be more irritating.

these are old photos post Fire. kind of misleading that the uploader did this.

This was just posted a couple of hours ago to YouTube. It’s just a slideshow so here are the screen grabs:

It's a repost of a video that got nuked from YouTube. Compare this to the current version. "Catherine" sounds like she's doing an impression of Daphne off of Frasier.
Shit, is the entire back half of the roof either bent or tarped? Can't listen to video right now, so maybe it is explained by Daphne. Can't really tell for sure, but I had no idea that the roof was so fucked up. Maybe it got hit by Hurricane Ida last year? The boards suggest to me that some stalker may have already broken in for souvenirs? Either way, nobody is living there or planning to live there any time soon.

Also, a few pages back, Sperg broke down Chris's tugboat (1600) vs. mortgage (900). What are the property taxes on that place? I couldn't find it in FAQs or wiki. And the Green County tax site is garbage and the buttons don't work for me. I'm guessing Sperg was assuming additional income for Chris from sale of his art and comics? Otherwise, between the mortgage, property taxes, insurance, and repairs, there will be nothing left for anything else. Also, if you're thinking "lol, like Chris has his shit together to get insurance", mortgage companies will be notified if insurance lapses and will buy insurance for you and add it to your mortgage. I know some of the stalkers are obsessed with Chris getting back to 14 BC, but I see zero scenarios where that happens unless some big money donor swoops in to buy it and rent to Chris.

I think this photo is from the house fire. The boards were placed in by the insurance company while they fixed the house.

It's from 2015 or so, before the renovation after the fire.

And as someone pointed out, Catherine is one of the voices on the video.

Like most people have stated before, I think Barb gave the house to the bank to help pay off outstanding debts with creditors so if she croaks it, the house will be sold, but in terms of what will happen to Chris, he will most likely get put on the sex offender register for raping Barb and won't be allowed near any blood relative or an elderly person and given the fact that he has autism as well as possibly schizophrenia, he will most likely be placed into some house shared with other mentally handicapped people which has caregivers onsite by social services. If not then mostly his Homeless Saga will begin.

Old video is old.

You really think Barb gives enough fucks to do that?

If Barb "gave the house to the bank" it would already have been sold.

This is probably a long shot and likely just a coincidence but I was searching for video games on ebay and happened to find a seller from Ruckersville. I decided to check what other stuff he sells and he also had a bunch of my little pony and lego stuff on sale too. In his seller bio it says that he is a picker and goes around yard sales to find stuff. This isn't enough proof to say for sure that Chris's stuff got sold off but it's fun to think about.

It's too clean. Not enough semen.

That house is going to need a lot of work. My bet is some house flipper with a youtube channel is going to snap it up, begin a video series on renovating 14 BLC (where he can likely make his money back on the videos alone if he plays his cards right), and that's where the weens are going to start fucking with him. At the very least, I expect the house to be looted clean by the time the house is closed on.

"Welcome back to This Old Crackhouse, Season 2. This season we were going to be renovating a forclosed home in Ruckersville, Virginia. Now I say we WERE, because in the three days after I closed on this place I've had about fifty people call me screaming Julie, and there's been a bunch of nerds wandering the lawn with their phones out like we're back in the summer of Pokemon Go. Clearly this is a sign from Basement Jesus, our good lord below, that we're attempting to build on unhallowed grounds.

So instead we're going to empty 50 gallons of gasoline throughout the ground level, smoke some nice cigars, and burn down this terrible financial decision. Join me, won't you?"

Oh my god I’m so sorry, I just assumed with barb gone the windows were boarded up! I thought the tarp was from a shitty repair after the fire and water began to get in. My apologies.
Please edit your post to note that it’s old? Otherwise we’ll have speed readers jumping to conclusions and making posts using it as evidence.

If she gave it to the bank, they would have already padlocked the place and begun the process of renovations.

The bank wouldn't bother with renovations. Since the property isn't underwater, the bank would have their appraiser "value" the property for the amount of the outstanding debt plus fees and then unload it as quickly as possible. Renovations would be left to whoever ends up buying it (probably a flipper or a first time home buyer with a lot of work ahead of him)..

Oh my god I’m so sorry,

No worries. It's an easy mistake to make. So long as you edit your post so we don't see a bunch of "OMG 14BLC is teh boarded ups!" posts it's all good. Whoever uploaded it to youtube at this late date is the real villain.

Well, technically Chris it the Real Villain, but you know what I mean.
