Whatever happens to the house, it will be in better hands than when the Chandlers had it. It may be rebuilt or demolished but at least it's not being filled with trash again.

I used to know a guy who'd commute from Wardensville WV to DC everyday to take advantage of cheaper CoL and more privacy. Ruckersville isn't *that* much further than Culpeper, and Culpeper's already a bedroom community for DC. 14 BC wouldn't be too bad for a government contractor making a commute up 29 to work for Northrup Grumman or any of the other government government contractors set up in Fairfax or Loudoun.

This, but I'd like to see the house cleaned up for once and everything removed from that house. A deep clean, replacements for everything, fixing the overgrown yard, all of that. Would be lovely to see a virtual walkthrough of a clean 14BLC after that. Imagine how they found it and how horrible/great the before and after pictures would be.

Here is the issue though, it's not really an attack vector in the context you're using it. Chris has never used or probably thought out girlfriends in a solely sexual context, something that I am sure is controversial to say on this site. Chris always sought women out for a relationship that will hopefully lead to fast sex.

His narcissism was by far his weakness insomuch as an individual could have a specific one. In the past you could say his naivety as well, not sex and his mother doesn't factor into it at all. I'm not caught up completely on the Bella lore, as I find animal abusers to be completely reprehensible among her other disgusting traits, but her setting up a White Knight scheme and only being (as recently release logs have shown) been considered as a potential "oh shit I'm getting old and need to settle down" suitress is not only lame but doesn't scream Chris-Chan at all. She could pull the same kind of stunt with any fat desperate loser, and she'd probably be more successful than encouraging Chris to continue to fuck his mom. Hell her original plan was to get him to bang an autistic girl and then try to get him to commit suicide, hardly successful.

The fact is Bella really couldn't cut it as a real sweetheart. If you're the last of CWC's shortlist of potential romance options because you happen to be one of the few women he's talking to, you fucked up. Chris doesn't even share the same fetishes.

Past sweetheart sagas revolved around Chris choosing a girl who was best for him among many who usually had something in common with him, that Sweetheart was successful in what she wanted to get out of him, and Chris would move on. These sweethearts went to serve as ego mantle pieces for Chris, for self-confidence as opposed to any sexual deviance. In fact when he brought up sexual deviant activities like a Threesome to Ivy, he was caught off guard by her objections to it. Chris' brain can't differentiate between porn and normal sexual behaviour, to him porn is normal sexual behaviour.

To get to the meat though of my counter argument, there is a reason why Sarah Jackson (the most famous of the sweetheart rejects) and someone like Reginald Chandler of the Future have success gaps. The trolls behind Sarah Jackson are only remembered through the comics of Chris saying she wasn't good enough to be his girlfriend, an early reference in Chris' early days on the internet. The troll put in a good deal of effort and is barely remembered or given any significance. They fought furiously with Panda Halo to be the Sweetheart with no success in what by your accounts should be an easy task. Meanwhile, over a decade later, literal weens are getting in videos for zero effort by just affirming what Chris wants to hear.

You might be able to say getting into the comics was a greater achievement but this was the early days and Chris put anyone in, even Robert Simmons, that he got along with. She didn't really even have spoken dialogue unless you consider Jackerass as her character (wasn't troll inspired either) and she was written out fast. Narcissism pandering goes farther with Chris and with less effort than Sweetheart trolling which requires more effort and most of the time no pay off.

It'd probably be easier and cheaper
to just raze it and start over.

Since Jesus was born in September, Chris could haggle for three: The February birthday of his current body, the September birthday of his past life, and the coopted December birthday modern people use to observe the birth of Christ :biggrin:

But as he will soon have no home to put his presents in, it won’t matter how many holidays he declares.

Just kidding. That was a well thought out border line thesis. I think an issue we're having here is we're referencing very different time periods. I've got to disagree that Chris's motivations in the early days had anything to do with higher motives than sex. He was neurotically focused on it and clearly still is. We'll never know what would have occurred if he achieved a gf, but I believe the second he got laid he would have intentionally crashed and burned the relationship, because those require effort. No longer afflicted with adult virginity, he would have gone back to his toys.
Secondly, I don't believe Chris is very picky at all. The only times he has been were when he was inundated with conflicting groups of trolls all trying to run their play at the same time. This made him feel more confident and he had to pick the best from a horde of mongs with different avatars.
Unless I'm mistaken, Bella was never a gf candidate. Fiona/The Suitress/The Autistic Girl was. I'm probably most rusty on this latest saga and need to do some research. I dropped off after the Pmurt videos started and have only recently renewed interest.

Fiona was the candidate and even wanted Chris so she has her own issues. Just call it what it is, a song of zoomer speds and a rapey troon.

Not necessarily.
I honestly worked on houses in worse shape and the house has two things going for it.

1 it is a rather large house with good rental value or a higher sale when fixed up

2 the price of construction right now would make it ultimately cheaper to fix the place up rather than tear it down

It is a good time to sell it. Isn't Charlottesville real estate in a boom? Barb might even see some money from the sale. Of course the home Harriet and Tom send her to will drain that before she dies, so Chris gets nothing.
