That's the million c quarter question. We don't know, we know barbs sister and her hubby are involved, they booted Chris put before his arrest, house is cleaner and barb wouldn't have allowed the hoard to be touched.... Something is up.

A nursing home for Barbara is like... the most beneficial thing to have happened to her in a decade tbh

Because kengle was a tard putting up screen caps while thinking he was being clever and hiding shit, someone on here flipped that screenshot and made out that it's Aunt Harriet, Uncle Tom and someone called Wayne that is either Barbs younger brother or his son also called Wayne.

If she’s in one and it’s a good one. The elderly tend to die once they’re removed from their familiar surroundings and loving family, but Barb lived in a sty and her family was a rapist so who knows.

Anything is better then being in a home with CWC. Other then being a rapist (which is a big thing to have an other to) he was also a neglecting sped who can’t take care of himself. Who knows how many rotten hot pockets she was given because he couldn’t be fucked to give her actual food and was too busy spending his money on rocks

It's also fairly close to DC as well, looking at the prices of houses in that area reminds me of looking for a 1 bedroom flat in central london so the distance of the commute might make it worth it for some especially if you've got a cushy government job and just want to save for retirement.

Nobody is driving 2 hours each way to get to DC from Ruckersville on a good day...god help you if you get tangled up in DC traffic.

The days of the boomer road warrior who spends 5 hours in the car each day getting fat off fruit pies, dunkin donuts coffee, and AM talk radio are dead as the dodo. Nobody under the age of 45 would even entertain the thought of living that kind of life today, even for a hybrid job. If you've got a DC job you're living in NoVa or outside Baltimore. Some nowhere hick town 2 hours away isn't even on your list.

A bank already owns it. They took out a second mortgage on it.

And as many have pointed out; the location of the house it self is fine. But honestly if inspected? I doubt the house would pass the inspection. It'll likely get demolished and a new house put up. There is a certain point of abuse to a structure, where you can't just fix the problems. This place is very likely at that point where the cost to fix an old home, now equals that of a new home.

I've talked to a person who did mostly wfh from C-ville but would then take Amtrak into DC for meetings once a week. 2.5hrs each way but way more reliable and less stressful than driving.
 
While he's pretty well known, it's mainly to a very small community, everyone else that knows about him, have come across him in like a random article. He doesn't have the notoriety to actually pull a decent amount of cash. Dahmer's childhood home popped up for sale a few years ago, it's not too far from me, so I said fuck it and put in a offer, but i was beaten offer wise, before I even put in my offer. Location of his first murder, the woods where he spread out the crushed bones of that guy. Just the bone spreading, puts the value through the stratosphere.
 
The problem with the house isn't Barb getting porked, unless Chris is on the loose and you are an elderly lady.

The problem is the bugs, shit, piss and mold.

Exactly. Bad juju is only a problem if you believe in it. Maybe I wouldn’t put a nursery in Barb’s old room, but I wouldn’t be burning sage and chanting either.

You might want to burn sage to cover up the horrid smell of the house. It wouldn't hurt.
