COCOA – Police and prosecutors say little can be done legally after the revelation that a group of teens filmed the dying moments of a 32-year-old disabled man last week, with the teens mocking, cursing and laughing while the man drowned in a fenced-off pond.

Video attached but I don't have the :heart-empty: to watch it.

Update: Looks like they are gonna try and press charges after all.

These fucks are future sociopaths. They most probably couldn't have helped, but filming someone dying while mocking them doesn't make me think that those people are fit for society.
 
I only wish they all could of drowned. The tard looks like he's got gang scratchings and the kids are probably a waste of carbon as well. If only there had been a gator or three around.
 
This makes me sad.
I understand you're not required to help, but they could have at least called a professional. There was no need to mock him.
But they sound like ghetto black teens, so of course they don't have an ounce of regret.
