This is the copy/pasted (and edited, due to his broken English) boastings of some Russian guy on Reddit, no interview was conducted. You can find one of the comments here. The general assumption is he saw the lead (not collar, and there aren't "chipped collars"...) and reached out at a later date, if he did at all, and began posting on reddit after seeing news articles rather than receiving confirmation from police.
I will say though that any reaching out with correct information, is good, in these cases. But his entire presence has reeked of hunger for clout and potentially harmful to the investigation (under the assumption some media he posted was truthful, such as photographs that were deleted by mods) but the surviving photo isn't clear enough to tell any sort of identity.

A+ research and reporting.. Lmao. I get how most want to avoid association with the farms, but the "I verified this claim in private" is pretty hilarious when there was clearly no interview conducted.

I guess you did not read the whole thing, where it says:

"It’s quite odd why did he risk sharing these videos, as he’s not some junkie, but quite successful and highly educated and famous in his hometown.”

That's quite an assumption if you claim there was no interview and no private info, so I guess when the ID comes out, we'll see if you're right. Also it says Estonia, not russia.

I'm just pointing out the literal copy/paste from one of his however many comments, what hasn't been deleted at least. He also called himself a Russian guy here..

We will see. Again, good if he reached out, but to call copy/paste information "talking to" is just funny. This was discussed privately while we were trying to sort if going public was good yet, because he was posting supposed images that we couldn't even see before it got deleted, except one incredibly vague image.

The link you made also goes to a poster who made posts about the dog in the video before the news came out, so you're wrong about it being someone who saw the news after.

It also talks about multiple people involved, so that doesn't show someone taking sole credit. If it was so easy for you to post the comment then why do you think the person was hard to contact.

There's multiple articles that came out at varying points, some almost a week old. You can see a press release made the day before he began posting here, and otherwise he (this shows a tied up dog from the video, for anyone not wanting to see that) posted asking about a breed ID 4 days beforehand. but I don't really see the point in going in circles? It's not a big deal.

I never said the person was hard to contact, I'm saying that the writer quite literally copy/pasted his comments because they did? I mean clearly he isn't hard to contact, when he says you can DM him in the other comment I linked. He also does say it was one other person and names the account, but I was focusing on him specifically because one long comment he made makes up a majority of the article you linked.

This is getting autistic and pointless. It doesn't matter. The guy is locked up for now, and inevitably many people likely contacted the police at one point or another if they were invested in seeing justice for the animals involved.

It sounds like you're trying to grab clout or discredit someone, because the poster posted the dog 9 days ago, not 4, and the press release is 6 days ago, so you're doing a backpedal or just communicating badly.

After you get unclenched, I just shared the article because of a highlighted piece of info that is unique as far as I can tell.

4 days before the press release was posted.. 6 days is a day short of a week meaning news articles can be "almost a week old", for when he started announcing the man was arrested. This is retarded, lmao. I even said he could've reached out but at a later date, and that it was good to, but what wasn't was swiftly deleted supposedly involved media he shared publicly.

I just thought it was funny to claim there was communication, and to give background on where they copied from. That's it. Simple as. :heart-full:

You had to backpedal about this person posting after seeing news, and "a press release made the day before he began posting" and "he posted the dog before that" don't go together, so eat your crow and stop trying to discredit with wrong info

Stop being a niggerfaggot and shitting up the thread because I shat on dogpatch for copying/pasting a Reddit comment and calling it reporting. If you can't understand that it's a bit odd to only announce one aided in the arrest of someone by posting potentially harmful media instead of any proof after the day after it hits the news, and claiming they were heavily involved meanwhile asked for (unfortunately) useless information the week the man was raided, it's a lost cause.

Edit: dear god please sentence this shit to spergatory unless anyone thinks it's funny, I shouldn't have indulged in responding more than the initial time.

It's fucking autistic to expect comments about an arrest to exist before it happened, and the unique info about the zoosadist doesn't appear in your "copying pasting" link, so go post where that came from or it means there was an interview and a niggerfaggot is you
