It's not weird at all. That's because the ones who do have highly respected jobs and have worked hard aren't the same people you find whoring out on Twitter discourse. You'll find that these furries are much less likely to be open about their career or post photos of themselves out of suit too. Most of the time you don't know who is successful outside of the fandom because they're smart enough to keep their hobbies separate from their professional careers. Unlike Kage.

Because all rich dudes are totally the same. A guy that likely saved up to own an APC or at least pay a guy to rent it for a day or at least get his fursuit in an APC to have a picture taken is on the same level as "eat the rich" as a screaming Swedish Youtuber with millions of followers or as Jeff Bezos with all the Amazon warehouses. Short easy version: A key, key part of using a DDoS service or CDN to protect your servers is that you only point your users at that service, because if they know your actual server IPs you can just nuke those servers and the whole thing is pointless. FA is bad at that.
If it wasn't a fellow traveler working for the MIC then they'd flay him and stake him out for the vultures. Nothing more to it than that. You're on our side? Well that's fine.

What absolute mongoloid sees a site like Furaffinity and thinks "yes, this is where I want to operate my business" ? The entire thing is a trashfire. The site is hideous. They won't ban spammers. They refuse to create blacklists where people could filter out bizarre and disgusting fetish art. They can't even figure out how a block feature is supposed to work. All the block button does is make it such that the blocked person can't send notes or comment on submissions made by the blocking account.
Furaffinity is worse than a relic, it's a sandy clump of hair someone dug up in their back yard and swore it came from an ancient Cherokeean princess. Anyone who thinks it is a proper market to peddle their degenerate art is completely and unrepentantly exceptional.
