I hate to play devils advocate on this one, but I imagine your facilities being used as a fetishists play-pen is quite lucrative.
Furries may be the most in your face about it, but professional cons are a hotbed of degeneracy. I've heard (but do not know from experience) that dentists in particular are horrific deviants.

I've heard this too from hotel people, as well as an explanation for it. They all have back problems from leaning over all day so they want to blow off steam, and enough money to make a trashed hotel room no big deal.

and if there's even a possibility of the diaper poopers being a problem, it implies there's a chance the hotel won't do a good job cleaning after them, and that's worrying no matter what
No hotel does an adequate job cleaning their rooms, no matter who it is or how expensive they are. Local news stations used to do those "exposé" segments all the time where they'd take a lab technician with some different testing implements and a blacklight to test random rooms in random hotels. They all tested positive for nasty bacteria and those blacklights always showed loooooots of stains on the floor, walls, sheets, comforters, pillows, etc.

Wouldn't it affect the hotel's bottom line if they didn't clean up properly afterwards though?
Nah. The hotel room cleaning regimen is a well-rehearsed process now, meant to make a room look and smell superficially clean without actually disinfecting, sterilizing or closely checking anything. Vacuum a bit, change the sheets, wipe the toilet seat and bathroom fixtures, throw out obvious trash, spray some air freshener, call it good.

Note I said above "stations used to ..."? They don't bother anymore, because even when they embarrass a local hotel or even a national chain, nobody gets fired, they just promise to "do better," then spray more air freshener for a few weeks until the local outrage dies down.

This is why even in "fancy" restaurants you should use bed bug resistant luggage. Don't ever put shit in any dresser in a hotel. Put everything in a dryer at the highest temperature possible (over 140 if possible) in a sealed bag before opening it at home.

My friends call me paranoid for flipping my mattress up to look for any weird shit at hotels. It amazes me how they just assume there's no bugs or trash left behind from other guests when the person cleaning the room has two minutes and zero fucks.

Fooling around on an escalator in a Quadsuitat MFF. What a good way to get injured if the material gets caught between the gaps on the moving steps? :S

He can dance in it (as much as one can in that). Everything aside, I'm begrudgingly impressed with the joints of steel that must be going on here.
