I think the oddest thing about this page is the activism aspect
it'd be understandable as just a fetish, and from what the artist says it fully is, looking through the account it seems they themselves are a fat disabled person (whether the disability is a result of the fat or not is unclear) and are clearly into the idea of being huge and sickly and being taken care of as well as having a thing for medical scenarios, constantly illustrating in their work how being this giant makes you sick, having characters downright state the various medical conditions their sona has and their causes...
and yet there's an aspect of them claiming their work is a statement, a form of social activism in favor of all of it, and not in the artistic metaphorical way either of using shocking hyperbolic art to nail the point in, no, it's all very literally a part of their activism
they're fat, they also draw fat stuff, they also get off on being fat, and they also have sociopolitical beliefs revolving around fat which the art is also a tool for spreading
it's almost like they couldn't pick their battle and went all in, when asked in what way they like fat stuff, they just went "yes, all of the above"... which i suppose in an ironic sorta way is fitting for being so fat

I think the artist behind this is a nigger committing to nigger behavior by stealing from other via tracing pre-existent art.
It's hard to poiny out the difference between traced art and non-traced when done by a competent person, but a retard tracing is far easier to notice because the lines are imperfect and there's basic mistakes and general inconsistencies between then more complex stuff being relatively accurate.

I don't think I have to say that the guy looks like a pile of sentient shit, but the cartoon charaxter too looks wrong, the lineart is shaky, as if its nothing but a flimsly frame to hold a formless blob in shape. I had an artist describe me this but basically even when tracing you need to make construction lines in order to have the end product look passable, otherwise it will still looks formless.

it's possibly not traced, but rather copied
it could be that the person simply had the reference beside their canvas and drew it but simply copied it line for line instead of observing the form as a whole and learning from it

it does have some of the signs of tracing (or similarly copying) but i think it's also possible that it's just lazy linework done without any form or construction, the lack of line weight, shapelessness and blobby coloring look like it was drawn in one of those one-layer group art canvases, but it could also just have been a quick 2 second doodle

nothing says activism like putting less effort into your art than you do passing a fart

as for why they do it, i think it's one of two reasons
1. an inability to disconnect their various interests, they love sexual art of fat chicks and they like [current mandatory activism performance], there's no concept of nuance or elegance to either one, because they're not passionate about either one in a way they comprehend, it's just thing that takes up room in their brain so they smash it together and somehow it signals in their head "yeah, goal achieved"
2. they are trying to shock, they are framing their activism as REBELLIOUS, PUNK, 'look-at-me we're big and crude and we DUN CURR, we're gonna come in and stank up the place cause we OWN IT HERE, YASSSSSSS!' it's a form of protecting their ego, they don't want to try and look appealing to the larger audience, they don't want to tow the line, theyr'e saying "EVERY PART OF ME IS A NUISENCE AND YOU'VE GOTTA DEAL WITH IT!"
whether or not this is admirable is up to personal discretion, but one thing is for certain, it doesn't do much to sway an uncertain onlooker

Aksed to my friend and he said its clear that the person who drew this shit isn't using construction lines, and yet the gunt looks well drawn enough to match the quality of the original is not something you can just copy like this, If it's not completely traced, at least a few things like that are.
