To me, IC is more for graphic depictions of bodily functions/body horror, while Horrifying is more generic. I rarely use IC out of habit, though.

I did the autism and checked Bulbapedia. Drowzee stalks kids, and has multiple Pokedex entries referencing children, Hypno has multiple Pokedex entries referencing feeding on the dreams of humans and preying on humans, but only one referencing kidnapping, and none referencing children. Nearly all of its entries reference putting people to sleep, however.

So Drowzee is definitely the conformed pedo between them.
