Have seen it, the artist is Nekochan90/NexSix/NX6 (the comic about the siblings killing each other is by them as well).

I recall the first time this was posted (the artist has gone through several gallery purges and account changes, so it got posted more than once), I commented on how hilarious those sample pics were. First he's being annoyed that he's not dying, then all "yup, this'll definitely kill me 👍".

The advice on looking up references is def phrased juuuust a tad creepily, the whole giving you ideas... I vaguely recall it may have been removed from later re-postings of this pic.

I've seen soap bubbles used in Renaissance art as kind of a memento mori, showing the fleetingness of human life. Leave it to furries to turn into fap fodder.

In all seriousness, it's difficult to judge in a thread like this. What doesn't seem too bad to me could be horrifying to someone else and vice-versa. I think anyone clicking on a spoiler in this thread should prepare themselves for any kind of depravity beforehand.
