Not even sure if it’s trauma. Could be desensitization to the more common ones like bondage or what have you. Could be some weird thing they saw when they were learning about porn and it accidentally gave them a fetish they didn’t want. But for them to want people to shit in their nostril? That’s some weird, freaky shit (excuse the accidental pun) that I’m not suited to trace back. I’m not even sure if people who study this field of psychology could tell you.

I’ve seen pictures where they don’t become shit, and just become extra thicc on a character. Seems to depend on the artist I’ve found.

Honestly it's even worse; if you don't like it because "it makes my peepee hard for some reason and I just accept it", what reason could you possibly have to enjoy looking at and drawing this stuff?
 
It's easier to just assume that anyone who says they are "asexual" is just some sort of weird pervert with shameful kinks and fetishes that tries to hide behind that term in order to look like less of a creep. That summarizes everyone I've encountered who calls themselves that.
