Wow, I remember him. He's been around since the earliest days of Neopets and he wouldn't stop bringing up Eevee toes in mid convo on the Neoboards. Obviously his thing, and I don't have any issue with that but it's a fucking kids site and trying to edge in your fetish to seemingly innocent conversations is shady as hell. He had a full forum made for a while too which was intended for his 'fans' to join. I dunno how long that survived - he seems to have removed all links to it.

I know he's drawn actual full frontal nudity before too, but tends to delete or edit it out after a while upon uploading. The only samples of that are from people who uploaded them after receiving those pics as gifts or whatever, nothing from his own gallery.

It never occurred to me that furries this old even existed. I figured it was a thing that strictly appealed to those who grew up with the internet.

Oh, shit. I think I actually remember seeing that when I was young and thinking it was weird and random. Unless I'm thinking of some other sped.

I'm willing to bet it was him - He was pretty popular for some reason and would make neoboard topics just to let people talk to him. They'd usually be the longest running page boards at the time. His name was Boribomber, and would always have the little cybunny icon.

And yeah, about furry shit being old - I have a fascination with the older fandom, and have a collection of art dated from even the early 70s. I love the whole old style Disney-esque look to the art back then, it's crazy to think how long it's been around.
