Harold and Bob making an appearance in Fallout 3 was great. Poor Harold :(

My friend getting a good portion of the coins in Super Mario Sunshine's Pachinko stage on pure platforming without any water.

I had to take a piss playing RDR2 so I put it cinematic mode so the horse is on autopilot; I come back just in time to see the horse trot right into a pile of lumber and launch me right off a ledge.

mine happened when i was putting war declarations on random miner corporations in high sec. citadels where just added to the game and i was sitting at one on grid with theirs. at some point an orca undocked and warped to another citadel of theirs, the orca undocked a second time and warp to the gate. he landed 15kms of the gate (retard was auto piloting), i scrammed and webbed him, while bringing my bumper in from jita, in case i need to keep him of the gate for longer. after some "small talk" he ejected from his orca, so moved my own orca pilot over. after board the ship i found 2 plex inside his cargo hold. later that day i was bumping a charon in the same system and managed to get the pilot to duel my gila, so i could web him into warp.

eve is just the best game ever made.

Many moons ago, I rented Destroy All Humans 2. The game gave you so many options to wreck shit up, but my favorite weapon in the game was the Dislocator, a gun that fired a disk that launched cars and people into the air.

My favorite memory of the Dislocator, and the one thing I remember vividly from the game, was firing it at a hippy van. The hippy driver proceeds to jump out of the van only to splat on the windshield of a passing car. It was such a perfectly timed comedic moment and the fact that it was random made it all the sweeter.

I need to buy Destroy All Humans 2 someday...

I once faced a wild Graveller in Pokemon, and I used a Drifblim against it. The Graveller then used Explosion, but it didn't affect Driblim because it's a ghost type, so it just ended up killing itself.

Also, one time I was playing Super Mario Party, the AI, which was Goomba, just got a star after warping to the space. Afterwards, it landed on a Bad Luck Space and then stopped the roulette at "lose a star", and thus lost the star it just earned.

One time while playing Halo 2 with some friends I was up on a ledge trying to snipe when someone started shooting at me with the battle rifle and took down my shields. I backed away to gain cover and accidentally knocked a movable rock off the ledge and killed someone else sneaking up on me with an energy sword with it, which counted as a suicide for them.
Complete accident, but holy shit did that work in my favor. And the guy's reaction was fucking hilarious, he refused to believe I didn't do that on purpose and somehow thought I had planned that.

Was playing Holdfast: Nations at War. The round was French vs. Prussians, fighting for control of this small farm villa with a piano on the 2nd floor. Why a piano is important to this story? Well, my team (French) decided that the control of said piano was the primary objective but we couldnt get it as the krauts defended that particular room with the zeal of a teutonic knight. Eventually, the battle was lost and we fought to the last man, bravely. All of that... for a fucking piano. Will make a copypasta if you all want.

It wasn't a glitch, but what a friend said to me while playing a game: When For Honor was in the Open Beta phrase, we had a friend over and I was talking to my then-gf on the phone. My friend who was slightly intoxicated, said "What if you had a telescope & you looked at Jupiter and saw Naruto & Donald Duck fighting over it." I couldn't breathe for a minute and had to log off the game.
