Assuming that happens, the Sabat recording likely wouldn't be included, as that is just Sabat and he needn't have employed anyone else (or anyone else as an employee) to do that. It's the flubs and outtakes that are ironically the most relevant and the bigger legal problem for Funi, as they speak to the workplace attitude of sexual jokes.

The Sabat thing is a bigger issue with Toei.

Welcome of the out-of-court portion of civil suits, especially when defamation is in play. One party has his reputation destroyed, 2 get somewhat easy outs if they’re smart, and the last one gets a gun put to its primary source of revenue’s head; all without the plaintiff’s lawyers doing shady shit.

You should look at the American dub/recreation of Voltron vs the original Beast King GoLion. Except in that case the American dub stripped out all the sex, violence, incest and canibalism.
