General thread for the saga of Sam Bankman-Fried, FTX, and Alameda Research.

If you haven't been paying attention for the last month here's a QRD:

.

TLDW: FTX and Alameda Research were money-laundering schemes for the Democrat Party, Ukraine, and for Sam to make loans to himself.

The new CEO, John Ray III, is the lawyer who also managed Enron's bankruptcy, and he says it's worse.

And here's who Sam pals around with:

As of Tuesday, 12/13/22, Sam has been indicted by the DOJ on charges of conspiracy, wire, commodities, and securities fraud, money laundering, and campaign finance violations. He currently in jail in the Bahamas, pending extradition to the US.

Congressional hearing in both the House and Senate are ongoing.

Whatever your feelings on this Upper Echelon (UE) YouTuber, he released an interesting video today that SBF is still held in the main Bahamian prison w/o bail as of 12/14/22.

This prison is supposedly really REALLY bad; "unfit for humanity" according to international observers a few years ago with no evidence of it improving since then. Given the random withdrawls and SBF's odd interview answers about "having money in a country surrounded by people who hate you", I agree with UE that SBF is about to get Epstein'd (maybe even before extradition).

I wonder if his mom isn't full lizard brain and would feel bad if her son got whacked because of a political op she was running. If she is actually capable of loving her children that probably makes it worse that she used her son as a disposable pawn in the political game.

You say that like it's impossible for him to have been a willing and able co-conspirator in all of this.

So will the Dem's undonate the money he sent them? Mainstream media is still ignoring this.
Lol there's no such thing as un-donation. The best these freaks can do is distract and obfuscate, something which has already occurred and something to expect to see more of as this hits the US courts. Plenty of prominent Dem donors don't want this to hit the mainstream so it 'naturally' won't. In short the only thing to expect is a lot of dirt throwing as the morons try and cover up their half-hearted and utterly moronic shenanigans.

Sam's extradition has been approved by a Bahamian judge.

The funniest thing to me about this whole scandal is how it looks like it was all a massive money laundering scheme for the Democrats with the involvement of Ukraine in FTX and FTX funding the DNC's war chest. For the number of people he is tied to alone I expect them to make Bankman a sacrificial lamb and then use this moronic tool as an excuse to invade the crypto world further.

He is going to be held in the same jail as Epstein. I wish he wasn't suicidal ;(

FTX co-founder and ex-chief of hedge fund Alameda Research each pleaded guilty to multiple charges, are cooperating with feds

Two senior executives associated with collapsed crypto exchange FTX have pleaded guilty to multiple criminal charges and are cooperating with federal prosecutors, according to unsealed court records. Additionally, the pair face civil fraud charges from the Securities and Exchange Commission that were announced Wednesday night.
...
Ellison is pleading guilty to seven counts, including wire fraud, conspiracy to commit money laundering, conspiracy to commit securities fraud, conspiracy to commit commodities fraud and conspiracy to commit wire fraud. She is charged with the same crimes as Bankman-Fried, except for the campaign finance charges.

Wang has agreed to plead guilty to four counts: wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, conspiracy to commit commodities fraud and conspiracy to commit securities fraud.
