It's a pretty good mod tbh, the Mario Pc Port part reminded me once again that the whole "Sonic.exe" thing works better with Mario as well.New mod based off Mario creepypastas dropped.

Was genuinely waiting for this one for a while. Seeing the diversity of art styles was candy to the eye, and the songs (the MX one especially) fucking slap.
Definitely was not expecting to see Racist Mario there, and any chad that manages to put the animation that made Mr. Enter autists seethe for millennia in a FNF mod is based as hell in my eyes.
On the topic of that, the mod is a lot better then that one other weird Pc Port Mario mod but we'll still have to see if it's better or not then "Mario's Monday Night Massacre."
Anyways you didn't show each one of the songs properly and I'll fill in the gaps.
1. "It's A Me" based on CoolRash's "Mario.exe."
2. "Golden Land" based solely on Mario Land (?)
3. "I Hate You" based on the SMBW trollpasta by the same name.
4. "Alone" Based on Luigi Mansion's beta game over screen/the bad rank left in the finished game.
5. "Apparition" based on the SM64 Iceberg "Wario Apparition" meme.
6. "Power Down" based on already mentioned "Mario Pc Port" by Taco Games.

Rhythm Heaven Fever had 55 songs, a varied presentation with its songs thanks to the different "gameplay styles", a staff of like 60+ people, previous experience with 2 games and probably a moderately high budget considering the voice actors and bands hired for the game.
Meanwhile Friday Night Funkin will have 135 songs + Erect mode that basically doubles the roster of songs since they are all remixes, a completely limited presentation following the DDR formula for all its songs, staff of like 5 people, amateurs on the market that only got popular because of meme status, competing with their own fanbase on producing content for the game and budget of 2 million that part of it already have been spent on distractions.
Considering all of this, disaster is inevitable. Even a moderate studio know they have to plan beforehand an achievable scope for their own projects and get outside help to make a rhythm game with original songs, meanwhile our little crew just dreamed too big and let fame get over their heads, many such cases.

People keep saying this but the devs on twitter have been pretty open that they're going to mix it up in the actual game.
NinjaMuffin mentioned crowd mechanics a while back and I'm sure there's more.

The Sonic.exe 3.0 mod is getting leaks, it has Coldsteel in it.
It also has another purple Sonic that comes from a Walten Files styled Sonic ARG.
Now I knew it had something off about it when I saw the Twitter trend of Blue Shoes Tails in it.
I mean there were other signs like the art style and the weird really obvious tranny self insert but I decided to go check and see if I was right about my suspicion with everyone that does that trend and.....
The last thing I have to add is that Needlemouse will almost certainly be given the same fate that EXE got.

Same fate? Needlemouse almost directly parallels with sonic.exe:

She even says the infamous "I AM GOD" line that .exe is known for.
The only major differences is that Needlemouse has an origin and motivation for what she does. That, and also being yet another poorly executed Analog horror series. She's pretty much just Sonic.exe 2.0.

Revie's Exe was the one I was referring to, he doesn't have a specialized name and is just called "Exe" so that's why I just called them alone by that.

All I know about needlemouse was that it's a very fucking mediocre sonic.exe in a sea of already very mediocre sonic.exe however /funkg/ of /vg/ has made a coomer culture or something akin to waifu culture around "sarah" the antagonist. They like for a lot for some fucking reason.
I don't know why people like this sonic.exe, it's shittier with female ghost possessing' a sonic.exe and killing old friends because... i dunno school shooting maybe?

To be fair it didn't really matter which one I was referring to because both of their creators got canceled for being weird sex pests.
That's really fucking weird.
Also, I guess the whole weird spirit thing is why it's just Needlemouse and not "Mr. Needlemouse" which is actually a nice thing cuz it doesn't shit up results for the little blue guy but that might change after the Fnf mod comes out.
Every single time a Sonic.exe thing tries to give Sonic.exe a true form it's always absolutely awful with the previous to I know about being a brown "original the character do not steal" and a literal Steven Universe rip-off the big mess.
The "fatal error" Sonic.exe (the last leaked thing related to the 3.0 mod) is the only one that has a semi-cool because of how it does a lot more with the concept of Sonic.exe than most other interpretations do plus its song is pretty decent but its true form is ridiculously bland.
Just got to chalk it all up to how everything doesn't need to be explained especially when it's in regards to horror.

God what a stupid concept for a fnf mod, a fucking sonic.exe mod. A mod based on some try hard edgy OC created by a assmad furfag, who groomed some kids on discord. Yet it's one of the better one to be made.

Like I'm baffled that this mod had bangers like Triple Trouble, Endless, Chaos and Black sun. But I guess that's just the power of sonic autism.
I still think that no one should've bother with this concept, it's autistic. But this whole fandom is overrun by pretty much every retarded fanbase within the last 20 years of the internet being a thing. So it's a given that this fanbase would be interested in making a good exe mod.

The reason why it has a fanbase is why everything has a fanbase nowadays, it's because their favorite Let's Player played the original fangame.
But that's more well known and brought up but what I don't find brought up too much is how Sonic.exe and X were basically created by two separate people and X is ostensibly just another AU for the original Sonic.exe.
JC made the story when he was 15 or something and when he came back to it years later with "round 2" it was a completely different beast with focusing more on real-world drama than the spooky game itself and because of that it and the Sonic.exe remake are things that Sonic.exe fans either don't know about or don't care about.
Now when it comes to the whole alternate universe thing, I think Joe started it but at its core, it's a mix of Undertale's (and now with Fnf's) expensive mess of alternate universes but also because of how Sonic has a huge record would not only alternate universes in the comics but also 6 million different continuities because of how Sega gave so much leeway to cartoon/comic (and now movie) creators.
And the final part of why is because of how the alternate universe thing is now a trend after Spider-Verse, only time will tell if this Sonic.exe train will continue and be boosted by the new Sonic Prime Netflix series whenever that inevitable trainwreck will come out.
Anyways to bring it back around to Fnf that's also coincidentally related to the Sonic.exe, my boi MarlonF17 has really gotten into the Sonic.exe mod and decided to make a weird coomer version of "Lord X" recently for some strange reason, I mean to be fair was the Rule 34 Chica guy so it's not that surprising but still really fucking weird.
