After today's decision that means that each and every single officer (I believe there was eight that were initially charged) has been cleared after that spectacle the Baltimore DA made after those people tore the city apart. Here is the article:

I have noticed a trend that of all these cases (that I can think of off the top of my head) where the police are blamed for something and then chaos ensues there has yet to be one case that has shown the officer was in the wrong.
 
This clusterfuck is why you put seatbelts on arrestees when you put them in the car.
 
That policy had only been in effect for a week. Before that for decades they were never secured and non exceptional individuals who didn't chimp out but stayed sitting never got injured

The reason to establish a policy like this is to shield the department itself from liability. Usually that's because there have been prior incidents.
