Figured i'd share one of my conversations with Fred from that entire Doper drama. He really had difficulty processing the possibility that maybe going after a dude that oh so dared criticize him, despite being pretty much a nobody wasn't such a good idea for the image of his group.

Yep. Saw my comment on the original yt video of them addressing Doper, messaged me on discord. Same thing happened when they were taking flack for a shitty post-metokur episode that was just painful to listen to. Fred sat with me for three hours in a skype call, listening to advice. He even suggested his own system of handling google docs, in which he said all members would sign themselves under topics they wanted to discuss. I found that idea great, but he never used it. Despite being the one who came up with it.

It only gave me the impression that aside him, no one really gave a fuck about the podcast. So he was taking it really seriously by himself.

It has always been like that. The podcast was so important to him, it got to a point where he would get mad at people for not showing up to it. It didn't matter if there was nothing worth mentioning that week, he would still want to do it (and drag the very few topics for hours on end). The SoK and the podcast were pretty much Fred's life.

Why though? He didn't profit off of it nor did he attempt to take it to a proper platform. Tons of podcasts move to proper platforms that lead to bigger things on life.

Just look at stuff like Mega64 or Red Bar Radio. His stupid ass idea of "WE CAN'T MONETIZE PHIL AND WE GOTTA BE THE ONLY ONES ON THE MORAL HIGHGROUND! BURN THE OTHERS WHO AREN'T WITH ME" mentality fucked himself in the long run and created his fueled paranoid egotistical un-apologetic shitstorm we have today.

I've become quiet on this thread mainly due to Fred trying to hide in the bunker. Fizz pussied out with a similar bullshit story. Yet, Fred hs taken an interesting route.

He decided to tell everyone he's ashamed of getting caught, then changing all of the SoK social media accounts to his personal info and locking them up. Following a nice purge of tweets and reddit posts. Following into him playing destiny 2 and trying to avoid the farms and the many many podcasts/streams done now (not likely).

His actions tell me he is going to come back once he's got a solid plan, try to recruit new people, secretly target and shit on the ones who "ruined everything" in a very petty, hardcore manner.

It's just a waiting game now.

he seems like the most ambitious unambitious person ever---a stubborn narcissist who interacts with everybody and anybody purely because there's a chance he could be proven right about something. Mere disagreement is an affront to him. The only difference between him and dsp is that dsp's life actually somewhat depends on his ridiculous antics, since that's what his audience wants. for fred though there's no reason beyond his own pathology to be so faultless and narcissistic. there's no endgame, no greater goal, just that fred must be right.

I can confirm this as well, Fred would get pissed if nobody else would contribute to the Podcast. Here are some screenshots that I've taken of one of those incidents. It was on June 30th and during that time, many people in the group had other things to do in their lives; moving, work, etc. Fred would focus so much time into the Podcast that it was insane. Thankfully I avoided doing the podcasts like the plague because of work/time constraints.

Can you tell us anything about Nomad? Che always mentioned that Nomad was constantly recording calls and reporting it back to Fred but i have a feeling it runs deeper than that.

He was like a human encyclopedia. Whenever Fred needed a screencap or recording Nomad had it instantly available for him. Besides that Nomad wasn't a bad guy really. He was quiet and never really talked much even in calls. Yeah he did keep a lot of shit but I don't really want to say he was just as guilty as Fred.

So.. one time around late 2016 I went into the DipshitPhil server one day and they talked a bunch of shit about the SoK. I also mentioned that I wasn't a fan of what was going on in the group. This was around the same time I was thinking about leaving the group to do my own thing.
