In the beginning he implies heavily that he was involved in the DSP SWATTING. Immediately after this, he changes his story and says he never did it and it was a "joke" but he will still go to prison for doxing people and more for Fred til he asked to be disassociated from the SoK for his criminal behaviors.

Eddy did not SWAT DSP. My understanding is he is simply pessimistic about his chances of avoiding jail time due to his A+ cataloguing technically possibly crossing the line of criminal stalking. He thinks the UK police state will have something to say about it. The joke is that from an outside perspective he knows would be the first suspect. There's nothing stopping a DSP fan vigilante or some random /cow/ troll claiming he did it and that would be game over. I was in their sync chat once months ago when he and others were venting about the chances their detractor activity had veered into illegal territory.

Eddy wanting to shield the SOK from the consequences of his actions is about the "stalking." Though one wonders how desperate DSP would have to get to reach out and start litigating against randoms.

Yeah, I think it's a stretch to claim that Eddy actually swatted DSP, that sounded an awful lot like the sort of dark humor that is fairly unique to the brits.

As KoP has stated I'll make a statement, I better clear this up quickly. My claim that I SWATed DSP is false, it has always been a joke. Freedom Chat regulars will recognise this.

KoP made me a moderator when he was still in the GSoK Discord & 'recognised' me. I don't moderate, I fit with Freedom Chat's logic to not ban people, I made a statement during his pol show 20 stream looking over BSV's KF thread that I wouldn't ban people & didn't know why I was modded.

I have done nothing illegal for Fred or the SoK at all, I stay as a neutral individual.
My prison fears are that clearly what I do on Twitter & YouTube would look obsessive to society in general and I expect I would be arrested pretty quickly if the police were sent to my address.

I am paranoid of prison time considering how heavily I have documented DSP. I am surprised DSP hasn't implied that people like me, TXT & drgnkiller were responsible for the SWATing, since we have documented so much on him.

On topic, Eddy feels like he is wholly responsible because he's one of the bigger faces of the Anti-DSP stuff, and he's one of the few people DSP is aware of, so if phil were to go to the police over the swatting Eddy feels like he would be the one arrested.

Eddy has been saying this for around a year now like every now and then he'll get really depressed and say things like "i'm a criminal, i'm not a person" it takes alot of work to convince him that he is not at fault for anything.

Plus the anti-slander/libel laws in the UK are no joke. Frankly, I think Eddy is fine, he's always done a good job of just documenting facts. Then again, I'm a dirty American with all sorts of freedom of speech, so I might be missing something.
