Magnussen showed some terrific pace today, lapping faster than both Max and Pendejo on multiple occasions, and also keeping up with the Mercs. There's a reason this guy scored 2nd on debut!

Meanwhile DOTD somehow had Colapinto in 3rd (he finished 12th behind Daddy's Cash). The Argentinian hivemind is unreal.

I don't think Haas will nab 5th from Aston, but they sure want to extend every bit of that lead they have on RB right now, which stands at 10 points.

My body is ready. I know deep inside they will ruin it somehow because Netflix, but dammit, IT'S AYRTON FUCKIN SENNA.

Given how little discussion happened here between qualy and race itself and its end I can guess how boring that race was
I found the race interesting. Huge crash right away, multiple Perez struggles, ballsy Verstappen maneuvers, Leclerc-Norris tension, Mercedes infighting, and plenty of backmarker action (Tsunoda-Lawson, Perez-Lawson), and fastest lap fighting (Lawson-Leclerc-Perez)

If, as rumours suggest, Yuki's test at end of season is happening so they can directly compare him with Lawson and one of them (Lawson most likely) will go to the main team in 2025, then Red Bull would be smart to take a hard look at getting Colapinto in the other VCARB seat for next season.

If he keeps going the way he has in the final 4 races, then they should be talking to Williams and saying "Remember we gave you Albon? How about returning the favour and loaning us Franco for 2 year deal?". Then by times 2027 rolls around, who knows what the situation will be Ham(PLEASE!!!) or Fred could finally hang it up and Sainz could replace either if he shines while at Williams (I assume Carlos has a 2+1 deal?). Or Albon gets hammered badly and gets turfed which allows Franco to return? Or Williams even lets Franco go as Albon/Sainz are doing great and he ends up staying with RB.

I'd like to see him get a chance like that. I have a feeling he is better than Bearman/Doohan I think Sergio's time is done. He has now helped RB fall to 3rd in the WCC. When was last time a driver won the WDC and his team didn't finish 1st or 2nd in the WCC standings? Has that ever happened? I am sure fatso Croft would ask the Pajeet and he'd know!

That makes sense, though it's a tough call. Tsunoda is mediocre and Lawson is a bit too green to sit in the big boy seat. Either way, Max will end up with a better water carrier in 2025 than he had in 2024.

It would be criminal if Colapinto misses out on a 2025 seat. He's too good to be kept in test driver purgatory for another season.

Bearman and Doohan have potential, but neither of them are a Lawson or Colapinto.

British media have gone even more insane over Max vs Lando than they did with Max vs Hambone.

So Brundle how much are Senna and Prost tainted by some of the things they did? How much does 94 taint Schumacher's legacy?

They really need to get over the Verstappen hate bones and British bias that is getting worse constantly.

British "people" being obsessed with taints
Shocking

Friendly reminder that Pastor Maldonado won more races than this guy.

Bearman is rteplacing MAgnussen for the Sprint and Hamilton and Perez didn't manage to get out of SQ2. Meanwhile the Mclaren have locked out row 1 but Piastri is first

Norris on a whinge his faster team mate isn't rolling over.

> Norris still needs to swap positions
> double yellow only

> Max is about to get Pisatri for 2nd
> quick get a VSC
> make sure to end the VSC after the last opportunity for Max to overtake

I hope we get super kino tomorrow. That was relatively uneventful.
Unfortunately that's the best were getting. When the only overtaking spots on the track are linked to DRS you just get DRS trains and the occasional drive past. Let's just hope someone throws some strategy interest into it.

And here comes the Max investigation because against a British driver

Look I've liked Norris his entire career, but the British pudentry and FIA fuckery always makes it really hard to like a British driver when they're succeeding.

And there it is, 5 second penalty and dropped back to 4th for Max.

It is now heavily raining at Interlagos and teams have been given permission to close their garage doors, Q may be delayed too.
