I had always assumed the battery’s were stacked between the engine and the driver under the air box as there’s huge room. Looking at it tho the battery packs are massive and flat I guess leading to the length and the 2026 reg is moving the mguk to the battery box. making it even larger again in the name of safety to keep all high voltage stuff in one location.
 
And Sargeant makes it out of Q1. With quiet the time to boot. Ferrari meanwhile looks weak

Will be interesting to see if merc have a good race car too or if its a tyre eater. Cars with good warm up usually are.
 
If it rains it will be something else. The weather forefast for Montreal has a thunderstorm and 19 degrees. Let's see how this goes

Nah we've already had red flags this season it'll be more of the same.

I love how much the sky commentary team was getting amped to slurp on form Hamilton balls, you could hear their hearts break when he was throwing yellow sectors and Ted trying to say the weather meant no one was going faster while Verstappen was equalling the pole time.

You know after seeing this qualifying it seems that it was just too cold for Ferrari. Most of the cars that are in the Top 10 are cars that heat up their tyres faster. If it stays cool today I doubt Ferrari can accomplish much except perhaps drawing out their stints. Makes me wonder how the summer tour goes
 
Well it's plenty wet enough. Which are we getting 2011 Canada or 2021 Belgium?
