And I garuntee its eating at Charles. He knows he should be way ahead (or at least in a tight fight) in the championship right now, but he isn't.
What's even worse, he's signed with those clowns through 2026.

If ferrari continue like this until then (high probability), he better not miss his chance to get out of there and jump ship to merc as soon as a spot opens up.

Otherwise he'll end up a broken man like kimi, alonso or seb - just without atleast one championship.

Crofty must be able to suck a bowling ball through a drinking straw. Either that or he has photos of Sky executives in compromising positions. There's no other way that faggot could possibly be keeping his job.
Watching Indy and listening to James Hinchcliffe breaking down how drivers use lapped traffic for pick plays and how slipstreaming works and how cars get loose on the apron elevation change and then going to Crofty sucking off Lewlew is just night and day.

If you haven't guessed, I've really been enjoying Indycar lately.

It's such a shame that Indycar is really bad at marketing itself.

Problem is too it's his only option. RBR doesn't want him, Merc wouldn't want him. Where would he go if wants out? It's very clear Merc wants Lewis to eventually bow out and get a puppy to put besides Georgie boy

The thing I like about Indycar is the commentators seem to do a good job of mentioning things that are not on the screen, so you get even more information. Even though I do like crofty and the boys sometimes it just seems like he’s just watching the TV with me and commentating what we see. With Indycar on NBC they have more pit lane reporters, and they frequently chain off of each other feeding us information about each team and their strategies and different situations the drivers are dealing with. It’s a better use of the talking, I think.

It's particularly nice on weekends like this one where there's no Diffey so he's not screaming over the others.

In other Indycar news, Newgarden passed out after the race (where he wrecked out of the lead). Seems okay but they're checking.

Remember to play this clip whenever Ferrari does it's usual mistakes.

I have an even better clip

And Ferrari simply has bad luck. I think at this moment they have the better car and they can even compensate the Speed deficit as Verstappen never managed to overtake Leclerc. And after a few laps the RedBull had eaten it's tyres so much Leclerc was able to sail away. But Verstappen will most likely win he just has to nurse the lead till the end. Also Mrcedes seems to be faster in race pace but they can't compete for wins as long as one Ferrari or Verstappen are kept in play (Perez seems more variable due to tracks) I mean Lewis lost nearly a second each lap at the start then it stabilized for like 5 laps and then he lost more and more. And let's not forget how Carlos swooped past George with ease despite having tyrtes that should have been more worn out.

Also: Hamilton is now past his 300th Grand Prix. Statistic dictates he will never win again (though in this case unlikely since he will stay with Mercedes another year) And take a look at the standings: he is over 100 points behind Verstappen. Truth be told that should have been much more but it is satisfying

I don't think I can agree on this point, at least not fully. Carlos was out of 2 of the first 4 races of his own doing, though he's clearly trying to make up for that now by driving like mad. Monaco, Silverstone and now France have been strategic calls so awful it makes the theory of the new F1 manager game being a secret headhunting tool for Ferrari seem like less and less of a joke.

Figures the year Ferrari discovers how to turn the slow button off they manage to turn the reliability button off too

Part of me wishes Alonso was in a better car. The guy can still go, he just needs the machinery IMO.
The radio bit where his RE calls in that Lando is catching him and he just replies "Yeah, no problem. I want him to burn his tires" was just fantastic. And Monaco where he backed up Lewis so much that the leaders were effectively behind him and not in front of him, and hearing Lewis learn that fact was comedy at its finest.

His pure fucks-free status is a glory.

If I could change one thing in F1 history, even more so than any of the major driver deaths/accidents, it would be making Kimi stay with McLaren after 2006.

Why?
Kimi doesn't go to Ferrari - Schumi stays.
Alonso still signs his contract to go to McLaren - The two pair up and we get 2006 Part 2/2005 Part 3.
Alonso doesn't feel stung and likely stays at McLaren, and better yet, isn't forced to return to Renault as part of a no-compete clause.
Hamilton doesn't get to start at McLaren, and if he does, it's in a testing role for a year or two. Either way, he pays his dues.

We could have had some amazing 3-way championship battles in '07/'08 that we were robbed essentially as a result of Kimi moving to Ferrari and the ensuing domino effect.

But yeah, Alonso has had a knack for picking the right team at the wrong time. Had he signed to Ferrari in '07, he'd have come out a two time champ easily. His pace at McLaren was a little stifled, most likely due to favouritism and a souring relationship with the team, but in '08, he won Japan with Renault on pure race pace after the Singapore fiasco. He got pole at Hungary and 3rd at Singapore in 2009 in a car that was possibly the worst of that season, based on the performance of his team-mates. Definitely below the Toyota, who were 5th best, so that gives you an idea of how far off the pace that Renault was. Alternately, he'd have probably competed for the championship at McLaren from 2010 - 2012. And if he'd gone to Red Bull at any point after 2008, he'd have won at least 2 - 3 WDCs provided he stayed. His pace over his entire 20 year career is unrivalled, and 2 WDCs do not justify his performance in the slightest.

Yup, no more Vettel.

Can't say I blame him. Ferrari rat fucked him and he ended up a team where the boss made a ton of promises but its just a vanity project for his kid.

He has been quite clearly pursuing interests outside of F1. I hope he sticks around the paddock enough to mentor Schumacher still because that's been wholesome as hell to watch.

I wonder how easy it will be for daddy stroll to attract talent to that team. Guessing not very now it's clear it's not great and he ain't going to be listening to anyone with expertise.

Will Toto be quick to get De Vries in, will Drugovich's money be too attractive, will Piastri or Porchaire get a rightful seat on the grid? Will daddy Stoll see his chance for Canada dreamteam and lure GOATiffi, break out the big engineering monies and then we hear "oh Canada" 24 times next season?

So, has Russel said anything after the race about almost crashing into Perez and whining like a little bitch? Unless he admits he was in the wrong, that cunt is about as likeable to me as Kang Louie... or bleeding hemorrhoids.

Hahaha, no.

Now that is funny "Front wheels ahead of his rear wheels"! Is he sure he wanted to say that out loud. That is not "In front" that is not even side by side that is next to him but not convincingly enough for an overtake. Especially when your counterpart narrows the part of the track so you have to brake earlier lest you run out of track. Is the viewing position in the Merc so bad you can't anticipate where your car is? Verstappen and Leclerc can show you a thing or two about good close fighting
