The main problam for Verstappen is that he's starting from the second row and thus has to clear at least two cars in order to get to first. Now, he absolutely can do it if Hamilton has a bad launch but he's also at more of a risk in case somebody gets too excited in the first corner.

Unless things really fall into his lap, his realistic goal should be to try and leap past Bottas and only then have Hamilton in front and over the course of the race, try an undercut or maybe even an overcut.

Well shit...

Terrible type of accident, someone stalling his engine. The guys in the back have no time to react, nowhere to go and you hit a stationary car at high speed. Hope both drivers will be okay.

Cry more Hamilton.

Hamilton should be getting a penalty for all this radio traffic. Its clearly crossed the line from moaning to outright accusing. Horner got into trouble for his comment about a "rogue marshal".

Crofy crying about the rules of the sport now just because they're not benefiting his favorite negro. I don't remember all the crying at imola when it went in Hamilton's favour.

Exclusive recording of Hamilton's team radio. Get fucked.

Seriously, Hamilton had like 2 or 3 situations this season where a red flag saved his ass, like that one time, he got a free stop to repair his broken front wing.

Also just look at this situation and let sink in how fucked this track is: Mick has a very average, to be expected, crash at a spot that is very likely to see that precise kind of crash and while the security around the track means he doesn't get hurt, it also means the maintenance to the barrier thereafter is enough work to necessitate to red flag the race.

Whenever a car stops anyhwere on this track, it's going to be a VSC, when a car hits the barriers, it's gonna be SC or even a red flag.

It's almost identical to Leclerc in FP2 so not exactly unlikely for someone else to end up there. It makes Hamilton's crying about "it looks fine to me" even worse, he cares more about the championship than his fellow competitors' safety.

Bottas steaming into the back of vestappen in 3..2..
