Whilst "gaslighting" is the most overused phrase in current year thus I avoid using it like the plague, I can't think of a better way to describe how the MSM can't stop making excuses for Hambone, despite George being the superior driver when comparing both against all objective criteria.

The frustrating thing is that for English speakers, British sports coverage dominates. And the Brits will shove a Brit down your throat no matter what.

It doesn't matter how silly Lewis acts off the track. It doesn't matter how much a diva he is. It doesn't matter his radio chatter where he accuses every fucking driver that passes him is dangerous and the stewards need to do something. It doesn't matter that George is clearly the future of the team and Mercedes isn't intentionally fucking over their second driver to keep lord lewis happy.

I can't imagine being one of Lewis' crew. I bet you have to take ownership of his farts if you are in public with him. Not that Lewis would ever spend time with his mechanics.

The way I see it, given current world climate and general clownery of society, if they don't talk up Lewis or say something that calls anything about him into question, then it would be the same as calling him a coon or a spade. I bet a lot of people will be glad when he is no longer involved, other drivers, team members, pundits, officials etc. I think everyone walks on eggshells due to him holding the racist card in his back pocket.

I hope that Spa doesn't get nuked for SA, but I'd like to see them return to a historic track. Maybe one of the towelheaded races they could turf instead?? LOL

0lus it's still grade 2 so will need some more "revisions" to host F1.

Totally agree on the other points too, we start losing Spa, Monaco (and I've heard whispers of Monza not being viable when it's contract is up in 2025) so they can replace them with car park and desert shit hole tracks then the sport is over for me.

Tbf I’ve noticed a chunk of Hamilton’s stans on twitter are black South Africans. He knows his audience and he’s giving them what they want to hear. He knows how to market himself/his own brand very effectively.

Yeah, there was lots of African "labour" brought there to tend the various industries (mainly sugar cane). So Hambones "African" roots are about as African as any murican nig. Maybe we've just worked out how he thinks the murican blacks are "his people" (ignoring the totally different life experiences etc because everyone is just their race) but generally blacks here in the UK from those parts refer to themselves as "afro-caribian" and have a totally different culture to Africans (who aren't some monolith either).
