That's literally just an old commercially available card reader. They probably cost 5 dollars on ebay. The hardware is nothing, its all just server authentication with whatever level encrypted ticket saved on the microchip.

I’m sick of him continuing to give these people air. It’s obviously taking a toll on his personal life and his physical health. I’m still sympathetic to Flesh, especially considering how awful his alogs are, but the number one trademark of being a lolcow is an inability to stop interacting with these people.
