He doesn't seem like one of us to me.
Remember the "dirtbag left?" It grafted some of the aesthetic and rhetoric of the right/schizo internet (and the proto-alt-right stuff that preceded it, like Gavin-era Vice and Answer Me! and old Alex Jones and Subgenius type stuff) onto, basically, Christopher Lasch ("left-libertarianism" I suppose).
It was a necessary invention because actual existing leftists, from Kamala brats to tankies, are all mere partisan Democrats (or Labourites, or your country's analog), and are incredibly uncool—establishmentarian stooges, crypto-conservative strivers, etc.
It (the "dirtbag") peaked about a decade ago. Most of its characters have drifted back to "the left" (being lame, reclaiming respectability, anti conspiracy talk, "reluctant" libs). Some took the schizo to heart and became it—but they can't meaningfully be called right wing. They don't really know anything about it.
Could Flesh describe fascism in a way a fascist would accept?
