With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

I have a pet theory that Ben somehow directly or indirectly knows Drake and has been gaslighting him for two-three years now. They clearly mock him all the time, and I think they want some sort of crash out from that archetype of person.

She left crying, and stood in the hall for a bit before going to the basement with Ben. Came back up with water shortly after. Probably for medications. She paced around the dorm for a while looking confused. Then she took a candy from the market, and eventually went to the couch in the living room.

yeah, just the digest. with the way the s3 episodes have been going, i think they're right to stop wasting time on them. fishtank is supposed to be experienced live and there's not a good way to capture the experience using episodes.

Definitely agree, usually too busy with work to tune in live, but been trying to keep up with this as much as I can since Day 1 for Season 5 and it is pretty dope live.

Having seen so much of Season 5 I do think Episodes still probably work for people who watched it live, I can see it being pretty nostalgic to watch it back if it was edited right.
I haven't seen the episodes they've been editing of earlier seasons, though.

That makes sense. Feel like he could write some decent, corny originals and pitch them to music libraries and get them licensed on low to mid tier reality shows. Although it's dog shit pay nowadays.

I saw Laura come back up and go into Dorm at one stage. She looked through the box which has the fortune cookies and candy, looked like she grabbed some candy, and then went into Market and took one of the snack bars near the counter. It wasn't nefarious, I suspect it's diabetes related. I don't think this is the first time she's had to step aside because of potential blood sugar maintenance.

Edit: People are saying Laura is currently asleep on the couch in the Bar room. The view is obstructed at the moment. I checked the Bar PTZ camera but it is currently pointed towards the bar.

One of my new favorite bits is Bashir trying to talk to the camera and show them something cool and autistic and the cameraman just leaves lol
