With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

I know what you mean but Alex b has the ACTUAL energy of a child in the best way for tv. He would talk non-stop hours and hours into the night with binx he was always game for anything never shut up etc. he was born to be on a show for tards. All he needed was a supply of vape juice or whatever

That permanently killed the vibes for the season. The guy was fucking gross but they should've just shown him the door, trying to turn it into a humiliation ritual thing killed any chance of Famous House 2 succeeding as a bit. They learned their lesson with Jin although what he was doing was nowhere near as bad as that guy and Simmons. They knew he was a gross gooner type, shouldn't have been surprised when he said gross gooner things. I still think he was actually removed because Jet got scared he was going to Markypost or call him hack_blastard.

Bitchtank 2: Alex B(itchtank) edition. With a special discount on all TTS' with Wild Randy in them.

Alex B streaming on the FT site was one of the few good moments during the slop era. He'd get drunk, crash out and get absolutely roasted by TTS for our amusement.

Discounted TTS based on keywords or even manual wigger checks is a good idea. Jet, write that down.

Only caveat is it’s hard to tell if they have the right personality, ideally they should be able to stay combative long term, the problem with Rachel was she was too easy to send into a depressive spiral and she’d just shut down.

I have mostly managed to catch up with the audition streams.

When they say they are being transparent I do believe it. I caught more of their thoughts on losing Sam, that it is a blow. He is a hard person to replace. His specific menacing presence and wrangling capacity is not something they are looking to replace at all. I think this is the right approach. They also acknowledge that Sam was great at resolving plots and keeping things moving with ideas. They think it will be a challenge to not have that asset. Great stuff frankly. I have the same concerns.

There are a few stray oddities like how Jet is really into Nick Fuentes and thinks he's cool, doing good things and expressing important ideas. Very retarded stuff but they had a working relationship and there is value to be extracted there I suppose. They still float the idea of having Nick on the show and it was a planned bit for Season 4 that according to Jet lead to Nick doing the Sam Hyde show instead.

Something that is interesting is Jet very pointedly mentioning Memphis Design, talking about ordering very specific colors for painting. How they are currently working on the set, how nice the colors in the kitchen are. They talk about putting so much work into the set again. Sounds to me like a Season 2 amount of effort is back for the new Season.

They sort of hammer home that Season 5 is going to be different, repeating that this is poop house, its not a show its a livestream, etc. They are also forced to break off from MDE as a crutch a little bit, given that they moved away and lack the easy access to a lot of the usual collaborators. I think it is going to be interesting.

Rachel was funny for a couple days before he crying just got annoying. You could tell she was farming it for cluster B personality disorder attention points. Why else would an actual Fishtank fan, who knows what the show is all about reveal her biggest insecurities and traumas on a livestream where TTS roasts the contestants all the time.
