With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

It would be interesting to go over every statement Sam has made on podcasts and the recent grifting shows that directly go against Fishtank in some way. There have been a lot that I have come across over the seasons but I haven't been saving things.

Recall in season 3 when they went to the Las Vegas strip without film permitting. No, not even legal mastermind Sam cares about these things. Of course he's run into similar issues in his other projects.

As others have said here, to the audience he seems less involved or concerned as the seasons progress. But it's still as much his show as it is Jet's, and these problems could be solved by a competent producer. I'm starting to think they just don't give a shit.

And they're doing it in the same place for 6 weeks which means someone will identify where it is and do gayops (in this case the house was already identified ages ago in season 1 because production put a local pizza delivery's joint boxes in plain view)
