With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

  • 1 Star — Absolute disaster. Unwatchable, boring, production fucked it up bad, the fish were lame

That is correct, but the public apology (your message pertains to the oral evidence) also accounts for something (if she made it, that is). I'm not trying to defend her, just saying that this article alone makes it look like she was only there to defend him (we don't know the exact oral evidence, after all, it may not have been that apologetic of him. the case file doesn't paint a picture as to what her statements could have been).

If I can dig up more stuff pointing to her siding with her brother, I'll change my statement, but for now, it's unclear whether she sided with him or not.

I do not think this is Direnc's brother, she doesn't strike me as a Muslim (although a lot of Turkish Cypriots are).

Second generation children of expats and apostates are often more radical than their parents, probably from some kind of identity crisis, and I'm sure having a sister that's westernized and a sex worker herself contributes to that psychology ("how dare this evil society do this to my sister!")

Dan was a bit simp-like in the night but Daddy Dan reasserted himself and 10 minutes later Angelina was trying really hard to cuddle up to him. But Daddy Dan just moved further away. Making Angelina even more needy. She's absolutely one of those women who's drawn to abusive shit heaps to the point basic apathy is enough to arouse her.

Unsure if her dad is actually an author, I think Rachel's story is that he's a publisher/talent scout of some kind. She's talked about him discovering major authors (I didn't catch who she named, but she did name someone in her Day 1 confessional). I didn't hear it myself, so I may not have the details correct, but I've seen people claim that he was somehow involved with one of Tupac and Biggie, and Suge Knight put a hit out on her family (humongous X - I don't believe this, just regurgitating information).

I have tried to half-heartedly look into her/her dad previously, but 'Ahavah' seemingly means 'love' in Hebrew, and searching her surname and Bridgeport, CT brings up a bunch of irrelevant Jewish websites, leading to me getting bored of searching after a few mins and giving up.
