I don't believe I'm saying this but RVTank 2.0 was slightly better than Jet's RVTank. I'm kinda in and out, watching the stream because I was doing some work but I was able to find some highlight from the stream. Like when Maryjane get a yes from Jon to smoke weed inside the party bus and then meet some a random lady.

Jon decides to let the random lady and her friend to go inside the bus, he then proceed to ask for her number because they were doing a challenge to collect the most phone number from strangers, Jon participating for some reason. The lady and her friend acted strange and both of them seem to take a liking on Mary. The lady then invited them all to a nightclub called "The Capitol" which according to chat was closed. Once the lady realized she was being recorded, she knocks the camera from production and then left with her friend.

Realizing that accepting an invitation from some stranger to go to a closed club is a bad idea, Jon and Co went to another club that also closed.

After that, they decided to went to a bar behind the the closed club. Production keep pushing the contestant to ask for strangers phone number but they are too embarrassed to do it. After a couple of drinks however, Augustine decides to ask Binx 2.0 for her phone number but got interrupted when a barkeeper asking for their permission to film in the bar. Didn't want to sign the permission waiver, Jon and Co left the bar immediately.

They visited second bar after they got kicked from the first bar. The stream kinda boring at this point. Skippy try to make challenge on the spot but afraid they’re gonna get kicked again so they revert to interacting with local bar goer of Bend, Oregon. Mac aka xskulleezx (the guy with the ski mask) when on to reveal some behind the scene stuff to the chat. I was able to gather a couple of interesting things about the behind the scene of ADL.

(here he is in the flesh, in case you guys never seen him)

He explains why they were all going out and do RVTank 2.0

He talks about how it feels to be ordered around by Jon and his place inside the 40 boys “totem pole”.

He’s being the responsible one from production, try to keep the 19 years old Mary, out of the booze. He also keeping 4 other people inside the party bus.

He expresses his confusion about being on camera when he was supposed to do the grunt work for the show.

For context, initially in the first and second day of ADL Colton, Jon, and Bleu to an extend are heavily involved with the contestant on camera to give challenge. I think they are supposed to be the Sam, Ben, and Jet of their show but because they are so unlikeable, they are starting to get hate TTS from the audience. When they censor the TTS, the chat starts to revolt and stop sending money because their TTS weren’t being played. Because the show needed money to run, they start to listen to the chat and went to the production room, tired of being buck broken. That’s why they forced Mac to run the show now. That and they are just lazy basically.

And then finally, he made an excuse on how the challenges on the show are boring, saying that he didn’t have enough budget and wishes to be able to share his vision of ADL.

Likely a gaslight but Jets profile from MDE.TV
He did this after Season 2 as well which was then regarded as a failure because the last 5 days were weak. Season 3 on the other hand was a fucking shitshow on a whole new level but either way, Jet is never leaving fishtank. The day Jet parts with fishtank the show is done.

It wasn't the last 5 days of season 2 that were bad it was the last two weeks. Really after Jimmy left is when it really started to tank in quality. While I'm here this whole "I'm going to pretend the first 4 weeks of season 3 didn't happen and just cry about the RV trip" is incredibly disingenuous and gay.

I agree with you but week 4 was also bad, that was the week where they spent 5 days doing nothing so the house could be cleaned and Jet told us all to stop watching and get a life. The first 3 weeks were the most I've ever enjoyed fishtank.

I'm probably alone in thinking this in this thread but I really enjoyed everything up until the Brandon night on day 29. That was the big vibe shift where I started disliking most of the cast and when Sam seemed to check out from the show. I never really minded the "chill" days season 1 and 2 had plenty.

S2 died with Summer, JC, and Cole. There was no saving the show after losing them. Even the edits have a massive quality drop after Cole left and it's been fucking boring, I've just been waiting for the episodes with the mallet incident and Frank's arrival at this point.

S3 died with Mizzy and Simbal. In comparison, s3's collapse was so much later in the season than s2's collapse that it's not even a fair comparison. It's still pretty shocking that the wiggers kept s3 rolling along so well for so long.
