Eh, it's pretty clear at this point Jon is being coached either by the BRG dudes or someone else, the amount of gay ops going on rn are at the point where Jet not getting into the shitflinging and watching Jon's show implode is probably the better call.

Season 2 would check me out too honestly, was probably a reality check that the MDE fanbase has gotten progressively worse over the years and accelerated his turbo grifting even harder.

I think Sam cares to a degree, Fishtank was originally his idea in the first place and it's easily the second most popular project he's ever been a part of which I think he also respects to some extent. The talks he had in the RV in late s3 when he was talking about Fishtank and how they are learning all the time what works and what doesn't made it sound like he cared arguably more than Jet did who just sat and coped the whole time. Even if Sam was certainly part of the problem during the RV saga, constantly disappearing and abandoning the show leaving it completely aimless and boring for long portions of the time.

Lance is the man, he's still my favorite Fishtank character. Lance made the show so much more fun when he was on it. He's like the textbook example of what a great freeloader is.

Season 2 had its moments but the whole vibe of that shit was just a mess in general.
Season 3 he was very checked out for sure and only put in minimum time in like not showing up after hours to just mull about and no late night content, I don't think he liked anyone really besides Mizzy also he got bad covid. He did seem to enjoy his Vegas trip though.

Out of all the seasons Id say he liked S1 the most and then actually enjoyed what he did for bloodgames and the casual shit he did during Bitchtank.

I think the first two weeks of Season 3 he was really into - it's easily the best work they've done and the gaslight was genuinely good execution. I believe them when they said external shit is what forced them out of the house.

Feels like they're ultimately at their wit's end with the fans though. The majority of Fishtank viewers now aren't really old MDE or even nu-MDE, it's all IP2 people who just want torture porn and can't handle the viewerbase being the butt of the joke ever, which really caps how much meta stuff they can do. The best "torture" bits have funnily enough been when they've fucked with fan contestants who think they're above it all, especially Jimmy, Jon, Tayleigh and Cryokeen.

Sam went on the spiel in the RV about how he hoped fans would really reflect on everything post-season and I suspect that has a lot to do with it.

Sam works best in two situations:

1. Where the playing field is even, everyone is new to the concept and nobody has an advantage over anyone else.

And 2. When he isn't the one that needs to generate the content. He struggles when the pressure is put on him to lead, whether he wants to admit to it or not.

I don't even know if this is anything as calculated as a gayop. I'm sure he's genuinely pissed that he couldn't get his show on Fishtank, but then he noticed everyone on twitter patting him on the back because his venting happened to tap into the popular anti-Jet sentiment, which just inspired him to double, and triple down.
We know since season 1 that Jon will eagerly throw those who supported him under the bus if it garners him a bit of audience favour because that's what he did with Letty.

Weird, I tried with my VPN 2 places in the US and both lead to the twitter link. If I use a German IP or TOR both lead me to the wikipedia page you linked. Maybe some DNS issue happening but I think the tweet redirect is what Jon would be seeing
