With a (questionable) W from James Drake, how would you rate season 5 of Fishtank?

TTS just convinced Binx to go say hi to Burt. Burt was burting off when she walked in and he put his hands up in the air like she was a cop about to shoot him. She says he looks guilty and he says he was burting off, she tells him to keep doing that and leaves. Burt then continues burting off and moans Paytons name (she's a fucking 19 year old CHILD).

Burt doesn’t care, once he gets rejected by someone he projects his sick fantasies on the next person until he gets rejected by them too. Rinse and repeat. Ted, Alex, prisoner 3, Frank, now Payton.

I believe he said he liked when she stood up to him and/or told him off

Voting elimination announced before the start of Phase 3, Symbal and Binx still have immunity. Timeline given is "soon"
 
So what is the ruse, and what's the actual plan?

Is the ruse that the show is continuous, and overlaps by 2 weeks at the beginning and end of each season?
That would mean that some number of the contestants beginning of the season were from the previous season and one of them won. They were told "Now you know how Luke and Ted felt" implying that they got eliminated for fucking up. So who won? It'd have to be someone who was eliminated at the two week mark, which could be LaRon or Alexis. Xavier also confirmed that he saw "Alexia" go into the woods.

So then they have two options: pull in brand new people and actually start season 4 (unlikely) or they can bring in plants pretending to be season 4 contestants. If we're going with the idea of bringing back previous contestants, and the season 2 episode they let them watch wasn't just a huge fuckup, then that means Shinji, Tayleigh, Summer, TJ, and Cole can't show up. Tay is the only one that'd actually be a possibility.
 
If production actually runs a real vote elimination for contestants only with zero wigger rigging I'll be amazed.

*Edit* I actually agree with the TTS gassing of Mizzy. If she went Frank mode and started hassling the others that would be amazing.
